Hello I am having a problem saving on the remaster of BioShock. I get the message that says I need to delete some saves in order to continue saving. As I proceed closer to the end, the message appears more frequent even though I overwrite the same 3 save's. Does anyone have any tips on how to solve it?

I was also wondering if 2K has acknowledged the problem and issued a statement regarding any other problems.

Yes, I had this issue with the Remastered Collection. I did some reading and apparently the save files are abnormally massive and doesn't actually overwrite or something.

Frustratingly, I found, if you have made any saves against Bioshock 2 (on the same disc) then it shares save space. I found the best tactic was to create a brand new save on each level/area and then delete previous areas to prevent the save file getting too big. It is a pain but I was able to get through it. One thing it did do was block me from playing some of the DLC because it could not load because I had maxed out saves with the main game so good to clear it down before moving on to the other content.

It is a real pain in the backside!

Now I may be an idiot, but there's one thing I am not sir, and that sir, is an idiot

@Rudy_Manchego: Thanks for the info, For a remaster they sure didn't put the work into it that I'd hoped.

@Pink_Floyd: Yeah - agreed on that scope. I still liked the games but I noticed very little difference from playing on my 360. I haven't tried Infinite yet.
