@Kidfried: Think I'm rank 25, the upcoming November update looks insane, so many cool new gamemodes, modifers and additions and it's all free from what I gather absolutly amazing stuff
@Quintumply: Congrats on your Platinum, Quintumply. This game has become comfort food for me - I'm not playing it religiously like I was at launch, but I keep going back to it every couple of days for a couple of rounds. Just a wonderful game!
@get2sammyb That's how I feel about Rocket League. I am pretty sure that both Rocket League and Diablo will always stay on my harddrive as long as I have the PS4.

I know exactly what you both mean, and it's sort of the same for me. Recently though I've not had a great deal of time for gaming (outside of reviews) and so Rocket League has been my go to for the last couple of months. I've got a lot of catching up to do with some far bigger games, and when I do get round to it, Rocket League might take a step back, but it's hard to resist playing because matches are so short and so fun!
Played a bit more RL last night, great game - the lack of practice tells and some of the players now a days are outrageously good. But even when you have a bad game - you still effect the game alot.

I thought it was weird that the game decided to unlock the three Warframe antennas for me again after the 1.08 patch as I am pretty sure I had already unlocked them before. I also got the Oddworld - Molluck antenna which wasn't listed on their patch note.
Dunno what ye folks think but I'm personally enjoying the modifiers that were released, cube ball being a particular highlight, I really like how they change how you play a match and how you approach a game now. Very fun overall
There's a Christmas tree topper, a Charlie Brown Christmas Tree topper, a present rocket trail, a Santa Hat topper and a Candy Cane attenna topper. Not sure if that's everything but that's what I have so far.

So I've finally given this game a fair (but small) shake after playing some split-screen with my brother. It's a lot of fun and really clever. I'm looking forward to some more.
Recently got back into this ga me mostly been trying the basketball mode which is alot of fun. Still prefer the hockey though but basketball is a nice change of pace.

@Tasuki: I found basketball to be luck based rather than skill in as much as you just whack it in the air from wherever you are as the scoring area is too big. I would also prefer to have a couple of ramps leading to the basket around halfway to help people to alleyoop who are crap at boost flying (like me).
With the base game, Ive found my level on standard doubles at about 3 levels into the first star online - pretty happy, I thought I would struggle but seemingly everyone in that area has moments of class and moments of madness. Perfect difficulty for me.
