So I don't know if anybody saw this yet, Aksys Games announced the current development of Zero Escape 3! It's finally happening!! Just wanted to spread the good news.
I want to get into this series! I ordered the US Version of VLR (since the EU Version only has japanese Voices) but I am very frustrated that the first game is DS only - im aware that a "novel only"-version of 999 exists on iOS as well, and I really hope they bring at least this one to the PSN so newcomers like me can experience the whole story on a single platform
@consolfreak1982: If you have any sort of DS I would recommend trying to find a copy cheap online. Failing that, if you have a decent android phone (I used an Xperia Z, so anything better than that will do), it is possible to use more nefarious means to get it up and running on there. But I agree, it would be nice to see them port it to the Vita.
From 16/08/15 I’m going for sober for six months to raise money for the Princess Alice Hospice. Donations can be made here and anything you can offer is greatly appreciated: https://www.justgiving.com/Stephen-Butler5
@SteveButler2210: i used to own a DS, and I am planing on getting a New3DS - but not anytime soon, since there are so many games on my backlog and so many games coming out that I have been lookin forward to for a long time now (Tales of Zestiria, Xenoblade X, Dark Souls 3) it still has to wait till idk summer 2016 maybe - but Im definitely wanting to play Virtues Last Reward as soon as possible - I might download 999 from the iphone app store or get it when I will have a 3DS next year idk
but still, I really feel that they should AT LEAST port the "novel only" 999 that is on Itunes - since the 3rd part will be released next year it would be a wise choice to do so.
There may not be many players like me I admit - the series, like the whole genre itself, was never even slightly on my radar, I knew those games existed but nothing more - I somewhat got tired of all those samelike games they throw at us at the moment, idk, and after reading reviews and watching lets plays I decided to give Danganronpa a chance - and it totally blew me away. Im almost finished with the first one, cant wait to continue with the series, and the Zero Escape Series caught my eye while I was lookin things up on the internet - maybe being more "mature/serious" compared to Danganronpa idk ^^ (not to say that Danganronpa isnt haha)
I just dont want to play 999 on my phone ... and since Im impatient as can be I think I just cant wait until I will have a 3DS in the future
