There are two stock trading websites in GTA 5, which can be accessed using the Internet browser on your smartphone. They are: BAWSAQ and LCN Exchange. In order to learn how to master the stock market and buy everything in the game, the principles are simple: buy stock when it's low and sell it at a profit when it increases. You can filter stocks by average change percentages, and monitor their performance over time.
The easiest way to make lots of GTA 5 money is by completing Stock Market Assassination Missions issued by Lester. There are five of these in total, and if you follow the instructions on this page correctly you'll be able to earn over $2 billion, which is more than enough to allow you to buy everything in the game.
GTA 5 Money: Stock Market Assassination Missions
There are five Stock Market Assassination Missions in GTA 5, all issued to Franklin by Lester. You'll need to complete the first one, The Hotel Assassination, to progress the story, but it's recommended that you save the remaining four until after you've completed the campaign. This is because you'll take a big score for finishing the story, which you'll then be able to invest into the stock market.
The Hotel Assassination
Lester has a huge investment in Betta Pharmaceuticals, and asks Franklin to remove the CEO of its competition, Bilkinton Research, from the picture.

The Multi Target Assassination
Redwood Cigarettes intend to rig the jury on a class action lawsuit, but Lester suggests taking out all four jurors.

The Vice Assassination
Lester has intel that Facade's CEO Jackson Skinner has been seeing a working girl in La Puerta, and bumping him off would do wonders for Fruit Computers' stock price.

Tight-fisted billionaire Isaac Penny is rumoured to be taking a controlling stake of car manufacturer Vapid, but Lester knows how to hijack his commute.

This guide is way wrong. You are not supposed to buy Bilikin "within 48 hours" of the assassination. It takes 4 days in-game time for it to bottom out. That's when you buy. Then it takes 48 hours to recover. That's when you sell.
Is the comment before mine verified 100%? Are you saying waiting 48 hours before buying Bilkinton Research is wrong and I should wait 4 days or so after selling Betta Pharmaceuticals before buying Bilkinton stock?
