There are several different types of collectable in Horizon Forbidden West. Here is what they all are:

  • Ornaments are strange spherical trinkets from the Old World. There are 9 Ornaments to collect.
  • Vista Points are holographic windows into what certain parts of the Old World looked like. There are 9 Vista Points to find.
  • Black Boxes are the last remaining moments recorded aboard a handful of Old World aircraft. There are 12 Black Boxes to collect.
  • Signal Lenses are special lenses found atop Signal Towers. There are 6 Signal Lenses to collect.
  • War Totems are small wooden sculptures depicting brave heroes. There are 3 War Totems to collect.
  • Survey Drones are flying recon machines scanning certain areas of the map. There are 10 Survey Drones to find.
