You'll find the Seesaw puzzle in Room 210 of the Blue Creek Apartments, which is also the same apartment James marks on his map as "H" on Door. In the same room as the Seesaw, you can break open the wall in the kitchen and search the toilet on the other side 3 times to get The Minute Hand for the Clock puzzle in Room 212. When you leave the bathroom, the Pigeon Figurine will be in a cupboard to your left.

After obtaining the Pigeon Figurine, exit Room 210 and head north up the corridor into Room 209. Use the right-hand door to move through the smaller rooms inside until you reach the bathroom. Smash the glass and grab the Malformed Figurine Part.

From the same corridor you used to enter Room 209, head south into Room 211. Defeat the 2 enemies inside, then take the Wooden Swan Head off the hook it's hanging from. Now, open your inventory and combine it with the Malformed Figurine Part to create the Swan Figurine.

Seesaw Puzzle Final Solution

Now you have both the Pigeon Figurine and the Swan Figurine, return to the Seesaw in Room 210 and place them on it. As you'll notice, they aren't equally balanced when placed on each end, so you need to get them balanced equally. Here's the solution to do so:

  • Keep the Pigeon Figurine where it is
  • Move the Swan Figurine 2 places to the left
