As reported on the 2K forums, an admin has stated that the company are aware of the framerate issues occuring in NBA 2K10, and should have a patch available soon
However, if you're one of those people experiencing problems, get in touch on the 2K forums so the codey people over there can get on the case and hopefully alleviate the product's short-comings.
It's always a shame when things like this happen, but we're sure the game will get patched up before you know it.
