One of Sony’s big GamesCom announcements may have been accidentally outed overnight, as Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number publisher Devolver Digital added some unannounced information to the sequel’s trailer description. Originally billed as a PC, Mac, and Linux release, the company temporarily added the PlayStation 4 and Vita to that list of platforms, before removing the information again. You can gander at a screen grab to the right.
With the original Hotline Miami proving such an enormous success on the PlayStation 3 and Vita, it would certainly make sense for Sony to try and lock down the follow-up. It remains to be seen whether you’ll be able to stomach the title’s twisted content, though. Judging by this preview, developer Dennaton Games is really pushing the boundaries this time.

Makes sense. I'm going to come right out and admit that I purchased a Vita just so I could play the original on the go. So, yeah, I can't wait for this one.
