There are conventions for ventriloquists, Abraham Lincoln look-a-likes, and taxidermists, so why shouldn't Warframe join the fun? The free-to-play PlayStation 4 ninja-'em-up has over 22 million players across multiple platforms, and developer Digital Extremes hopes that a pool of the most engaged users will descend on London, Ontario on 9th July for the inaugural TennoCon.
"TennoCon will bring this devoted community together in a day of interactive panels, giveaways and activities focused on three major themes: Learn, Play, Connect," the blurb reads. "With a variety of panels hosted by various members of the Warframe development team, players can learn first-hand the inside track on how Warframe is made, from concept to design to live update."
Tickets are available now, with the bog-standard entry costing just $25CAD, which we understand converts to pennies in proper currencies. Just kiddin', Canadian readers – it's about $20USD. There is a more expensive option which includes a studio tour, but that's already sold out. You may want to be quick if you want to guarantee entry, then – tickets can be purchased through here.
And don't worry if you can't make it, because all of the major panels will be streamed live on Twitch. Bonza!

My brother loves this game he's put over 500 hours into it and unfortunately given in to the micro transactions he's put over 200$ into the game (around 140 usd) I play it occasionally but just cant get into it fully
@SKC_Diamond Nothing wrong with paying for the microtransactions if he enjoys the game. 500 hours is a lot of time, so the developer does deserve some money.
Bizarrely, this was one of the PS4 launch titles I was most looking forward to, but I still haven't played it!
Great game, though repetitive after a while.
I've just jumped into this properly and it's super good fun. Played it at launch and it was pretty broken, seems they've ironed it out now. Very interesting, LOVE the Rhino frame.
@get2sammyb that is very true idk I just couldn't get into buying micrograms actions into a game like I've been playing clash of clans for over 2 years now and haven't put a cent into it thou I guess it's really just opinion based and as for the game when it came out i used to play it alot idk why I don't play it more it's a he'll of a fun game it's the reason why I've got such good psn friends
Going! I love Warframe and I live in Toronto.
Easily one of the most improved games of all time. I remember the first time I played it, all I could think was "this game has potential, but it's such an ugly mess". Now, it's one of my favorite games. I'd love to attend if it were closer.
It's a decent game. The best free-to-play game I have played of PS4.
I came back to war frame after a few months absence and I was amazed at how much they had improved it. It really is a blast to play solo or with friends
this game has more content and variety than Destiny and it's free lol

Best f2p game out there. Excellent action and intriguing lore. I encourage to try it out.
Tried it on pc when it came out, but my pc is slow so it wasn't too good. I got my ps4 in September and tried it, liked it, but wasn't sure how the game handled. I am back now, and really enjoying it. I just wish it didn't take so long to get certain weapons, and ESPECIALLY the frames take forever to get.
@Bumper_Duc Eh, Destiny has a lot of diversity, and since it costs money you get everything at once (classes, and easily obtainable weapons and lvl up) however, i do agree that it is VERY good for the price, probably the best free ps game. I think it would get more people if it was 1st person, which is where Destiny comes ahead imho. (i just like the feel of fps) not dissing warframe at all, i love it.
