The dark defeats the light
It wouldn’t be Kingdom Hearts without a delay along the way, would it? Originally scheduled to release on Christmas Day in Japan, publisher Square Enix has delayed the Kingdom Hearts VR Experience until 18th January. The interactive music video will be followed by a second part in the spring.
Remember that after an agonising wait, Kingdom Hearts III will finally release next month, and you can find a full rundown of all new PS4 games in January 2019 through the link.

Wow...this was the first time I even heard about a Kingdom Hearts games releasing for the VR!

Not surprised. People sometimes arrange to do work on the 25th of December. But in Europe and America it tends to get cancelled when they realise it clashes with Christmas.
I'm fine with this.
