First announced around this time last year, DNF Duel is a fighting game based on long-running South Korean franchise Dungeon Fighter. Primary development is being handled by Arc System Works — the extremely talented Japanese company behind Guilty Gear Strive, Dragon Ball FighterZ, and other jaw-dropping brawlers. And in this new gameplay teaser trailer, Arc System Works' eye for style is immediately apparent — the game looks stunning even in this early form.
The thing is, DNF Duel doesn't have platforms or a release window yet, so it's probably going to be a while until we get some concrete details. We assume that it's targeting consoles and PC, but we'll obviously have to wait for official confirmation.

There's no way this isn't coming to Playstation. Games like this always hits Playstation. It looks stunning.
Hi there fellow gamers.
From the very first short trailer I was pretty impressed.
And now this other, also very short trailer, continues to give a very positive outlook. Arc System Works does not disapoint.
It´s funny how they decided to release the trailer on the same day of the Re-reveal of Poject L from the Cannon brothers.
Coincidence? I think not.
Both look pretty great. Hope they can deliver an awesome fighting game experience.
Cheers, stay safe everyone and happy gaming to us all
I'm not convinced, but then the last 3D Arc System Works title I played was Battle Phantasia and that was a little bit pants.
While the original Dungeon Fighter Online is a PC game (an apparently hugely successful one that I had never heard of before last night ), I also expect this to come to consoles (PS4 and PS5 at least), since it’s clearly using the same tech as Guilty Gear Strive.
Anyways, the trailer looks great and I wonder what the main differences will be between it and other ArcSys games.
It also probably won’t be out for at least another year.
At first I though this is a new guilty gear or it's dlc, man ASW know how to make a great fighting games
@Royalblues Granblue was unlucky. Its online isn't great (compared to a few other games that were already out) and it released just as everything moved to online, which really hurt it.
A shame because otherwise it could've been a great entry point for new players.
@wiiware
Same.
I clicked on the vid and thought it was an introduction vid to Jam and some new characters.
For a split moment I thought push square attacked the wrong vid to the article .
@Burntbreadman Funny enough, some DNF characters were inspired by Guilty Gear I think, so this game basically brings everything back full circle.
@Royalblues I 100% agree with you brother. My God I love Granblue fantasy versus. And cant wait for the new DLC characters in December and 2022. I play tons of fighting games recently buying naruto ninja storm 4 and Demon slayer. Two cool games. Arc system works make solid games. Duel looks great right. But I feel that arc system works are just pumping out game after game. When Granblue fantasy versus hasn't been out more than 2 years. But the great thing is st least arc system works have consistently been making amazing fighting games for years. I have nearly all their games. Dragon ball z fighters is a dragon ball z dream for fans. Then we are given Granblue fantasy versus yet again a great game. That is underrated indeed. I love that game. It's like a street fighter samurai showdown mixture and slower gameplay than Blazeblue Central fiction and cross tag and Strive and rev 2. So for me Duel is welcomed. And it looks fun which is the point. So oversaturated is a bit of an exaggeration. Ironic thing is fighting games have more playability than my favourite genre Jrpgs, because once we complete an jrpg/rpg and collected everything it's pretty much take back to shop to exchange for another game. Whilst with fighting games it can be played forever in two player.
@Royalblues . Hello my brother. I been observing the so called great roll back netcode on KOF 15. It constantly goes from 5 to 1 frame per round. Not a good sign. I pre ordered the hell out of that game. Brought it regardless. Oh yeah look out for this game called Sifu,Blazing Strike, Pocket Bravery. Phantom Break Omnia, Project L, Hellish Quart a realistic sword fighting game with one hit kill mechanic similar to Bushido Blade a classic old game.
