It's time to go back to Sifu. Again. The martial arts action game just keeps on giving, and its latest update, titled the Arenas Expansion, is available to download now. The patch adds "45 merciless challenges spread over five game modes", breathing yet more life into what is already a highly replayable brawler.
Here's the official overview for the update: "Masters of Kung Fu will be pushed to their limits as waves of enemies crash upon them in Survival mode, or pushed to perfection in the Performance mode. With Time Attack, players can also battle against the clock on a path filled with enemies. Sifus looking for a twist on the game’s impactful combat can try the new Capture mode - where players must take and hold a marked area - or Manhunt mode, where a specific target surrounded by protectors must be taken down."
Needless to say, if you're already a fan of Sifu, you're probably going to love this. Developer SloClap has done a fantastic job of supporting its PS5 and PS4 hit up until now, and it was already a great game to begin with.
Think you'll be revisiting Sifu for this expansion? Master yourself in the comments section below.

This is how Devs and companies should support their games after launch, theses guys have shown great support and listened to fans since launch.
Will I be revisiting Sifu? You bet your sweet bippy I will.
I read about the arenas update last week and have finally jumped into Sifu. What a game. Just got past sean aged 30, loving it- punishing but once it clicks just amazing.
@Constable_What is that an ed edd n eddy reference? I just remember that scene where ed gets a bowling ball to the face after saying that XD
Got it on sale a few months ago. Probably going to give it a go soonish.
Big arenas? why now after they released a retail copy of the game for sale? yet they are still releasing "updates" and proving that buying on disc in 2023 and waiting for the game to be complete is an pointless affair now?
I'm still going to wait for this game to release "complete" without anymore updates and nonsense when the game is ready for me to experience what this game has to offer smh by then it will be on plus extra, time and time again I don't need to prove this point about any recent releases these days, I'm somewhat have an interest in resident evil 4 remake but I know buying the game day one these days is a pointless waste of time especially when they demand a £70 fee upfront, this is beyond a joke now, I hope unsuspecting mugs don't fall for this and don't buy into this game but I know that the situation is a fruitless affair and is able to continue regardless 🤷♀️🤷♀️
@Danloaded Yep! That is an Ed, Edd, and Eddy reference lol
@huyi It already was a full package at launch. It had a complete story for around 40 dollars USD, but the studio has seen the support the game has gotten and has decided to release even more content for FREE for the fans of the game. Considering there were no announcements, before the game was released, for post release support for this complete single player game, this comes a welcome surprise for nearly everyone that supported the game at launch.
There's really nothing to be upset about here at all, there's no point to be proven here, and there's no scheme to fall for. You just blatantly don't understand what's going on here.
@Constable_What a man of culture i see XD
@huyi do you even live on this planet? A full fledged game at launch for 40. And your moaning that they are supporting a game after launch?
Are you crazy.
Go buy call of duty on disc. O wait you cant because the disc version just gives you a download code.
