Hogwarts Legacy is a great price for anyone who hasn't checked it out yet. The exploration alone is worth the price.
hogwarts legacy at 22,49€ is a great price. wanted to get it physicall, but havent seen it below 32€ in my country (ps5 edition at least). I think I will pick at least this one.
Hi-Fi Rush at a nice price!!
@dardel is it a game you'd want to keep? Because otherwise you could buy it for 32, play it, finish it, and then sell it for like 20 maybe on a marketplace? Then potentially it's cost you 12 to play it. Or is there a marketplace online you can buy it for cheaper than 32?
Nobody wanta to die is a must. I paid full price and it is a awesome game. Now it is a steal.
Why does anyone buy a game full price on PSN when there are so many monthly sales? Seriously, you are being absolutely ripped off if you buy anything at regular price.
So far there's nothing for me, which is good news for my backlog 😌
Hogwarts is a great deal like others have said.
@BecauseBecause I buy all my games to keep, never have I sold one game. I think because of that I will go digital this time.
I'm tempted to get Civ 6 at that price. I already own it on Switch but performance isn't great. Anyone have an experience with the PS version?
@Rob3008 PS version is much better than switch but it is still quite slow late game! I’d say you’re looking at about a 30-40% speed increase. I was desperately hoping for a native PS5 upgrade after watching my mate play it on his blazing fast laptop but not long now till 7 at least.
I bought Howgards for my girlfriend. RDR2 still at 30fps is a no go for me.
@LifeGirl I paid £36 for GOW Ragnorok on release day on Turkish PSN store, thoroughly good value i thought 😀😀
Suicide Squad for $20.99…
Still $15 too much for me.
I saw Cookie Cutter is 75% off. I might pick that up
@LifeGirl Not everyone wants to wait. If they have the money and wants to play it right now then why wait? And not every sale has games that people wants either.
I used to look over every game on sale, but they've gotten so big and frequent I have to rely on my wishlist. Still a great problem to have^^
@McBurn The wishlist is great, but I don’t know why they limit the number of games we can add. I’m always replacing things on my list haha
@KyushuTrail: Good to know there is a limit. I haven't reached it yet with only ~25 games on it, but I do have a seperate Word-Document where I keep stuff like this up to date too.
If it bugs you, there are sites like deku deals or psdeals, where you could make a list without such limits^^ ...at least I think they are limitless....
"Dealmania"
There's only so far I can roll my eyes back into my head Sony. 🙄
Thanks for the article, time to go check the wishlist.
@LifeGirl I buy full price on release for games I want to support because (1) they are the types of games I enjoy and want more of or (2) they come from a favorite developer and I want to encourage them to continue what they are doing.
@Sergo grabbing it for sure I almost got it at release but getting a discount already I am all over it
@LifeGirl there are plenty of larger games that don't get discounts for quite some time. so if I really care about playing something and I think it falls into that category I am getting it right away. Black Myth Wukong for example. selling very well, unlikely to get a discount for at least 4 months I'd say, and I have time to play it now so I am enjoying it and getting my money's worth instead of biding my time
Hogwarts Legacy is a steal at that price. At first I thought it was a 7/10 but I came back about a year later and thought it was brilliant, ended up getting the plat it was that much fun!
@JonnyAces Indeed! I loved the gameplay too
If they could increase the discount on Suicide Squad just a little bit more, just a fraction, to say 100% discounted, I'd probably still not play it.
Nobody Wants to Die is fantastic if you want a simple puzzle adventure narrative. I loved it so much I snagged the platinum for it.
@Logonogo Enjoy
@KyushuTrail Same! I have been putting stuff I’m only mildly interested in on the wishlist, but it adds up and I recently hit the limit. It’s just easier for sales to browse a list of games I know I’m interested in than to slog through the full list every time.
@McBurn Good idea, I think I’ll make my own extended list broken up into categories! Thanks
@Waluigi451 TBH sometimes I look at my list and can’t remember why I added something lol
Another totally underwhelming sale…thank you Sony for letting me not spend my money!
@Rob3008 I'd recommend Civ 6 at that price, as long as it's on PS5, not PS4. The waiting time between turns is fairly tolerable on PS5, and the UI very nice on PS generally.
@LifeGirl some people have money , good careers and can easily afford things without having to wait for reductions. Weird , right?
Hogwart's Legacy PS5 version cost me less than 16 USD/ 12GBP where I live, so it was a no brainer for me 😀 Been a while since I bought something from PSN store sale.
