Really excited about this game but disappointed it will not be VR.
Astrobot VR on PS4 was my favourite game ever. It was so immersive.
It’s a day one purchase for me with a pre pre preorder if possible. That’s my autumn sorted.
This is great news. I’m an older gamer. Nothing upsets me more than when I can’t get a trophy because it is a time trial or the enemy needs an agile quick response. I just don’t have that fast reaction time anymore.
I’ve had mine since launch day and since then I have only played in VR. Im quite happy with the line up at launch, slowly working my way through the games.
It’s an amazing piece of kit. It transforms the gaming experience. I really don’t want to go back to 2D, how limiting!
I do believe sony released in February knowing the psvr2 will be a long term project. I don’t expect they are expecting big sales immediately. The games will come. Christmas will come.
I’m not quite sure what everybody was expecting. I’ve had mine for 3 days now and am really impressed with the technology. Calibrate properly and the picture is amazing. Stop in horizon and look at the detail of the grass! As for feeling sick I believe you need to do short bursts of gaming increasing the time daily so your brain gets used to the experience. I love this piece of hardware and look forward to the future. Immersion means letting yourself go and to be taken along. Stop worrying about your peripheral vision.
