Ocean's Guardian dye needed for Gosaku's armor is not available from the merchants in Izuhara. All merchants north of Izuhara have it. Assuming because Gosaku's armor is obtained in Toyotama. Just FYI, cuz I was a bit worried when I couldn't find it while hunting down whatchits in Izuhara when I decided to get this trophy since I seemed to have it all but the dye. Went through just to verify that all merchants in Toyotama & Kamiagata have Gosaku armor dyes & Izuhara one do not.
