Yes they have confirmed that most of the PS4 library will be available. But they did this when the PS3 was originally released with the emotion chip which aloud older titles to run on the system, but they then removed that chip set and moved too ps plus, which in my opinion doesn't work or compare to Xbox's game pass which is also available to the PC. It's already destroying Google stadia.
