Yea, even the highest rated games will have people that don't like it, but I love Dreams so far. There are over a hundred good games (that I count) that total more that 40 hours of gameplay. So I thinks its well worth it, and that doesn't include short films, Music etc. Arts Dreams was amazing to me, but I understand why it wouldn't been everyone's cup of English tea. If you pay attention, the quality of dreams are constantly improving, so I don't think its fair to stick to nothing is good, or that it's only demos arguments. With so much to offer, its also a bit unfair to judge it all of games, and remember, not everyone prefers long games, some actually prefer the short experiences and minigames. With almost 500,000 players far without the typical mainstream marketing, I think Dreams is doing pretty well so far. The upcoming VR update, and future online multiplayer update should significantly add to the player base. Dreams sales so far are actually comparable to the first few LBP games at this point. Tip: Trending, and Most thumbs up are the worst categories to search for quality content. "MM pics" and "Recently streamed by mm" are your best bet (no copyrighted work there though).

@TheBuzz Actually, Dreams has been trending since last week (with the major youtubers beginning to play it like pewdiepie). If most of its sales are online, how can you fairly judge from this? Its actually been pretty steady overall and picking up since last week. It'll gain more users with continued word of mouth advertising and updates like VR and online multiplayer. It'll probably be off the physical charts next week, but still be going steady. You can keep track of the player count here (counts digital and physical users): https://indreams.me/MmDreamQueen

Dreams is actually isn't doing too bad for the lack of marketing and its keeping pretty steady... With the current big youtubers/streamers attention its getting, its only going to experience more growth.
So when everyone starts Dreams they follow the profile MmDreamQueen by default (digital and physical users, some people unfollow it). At the end of early access the count following that profile was 130,000. 3 days after launch on the February 17th it got to 200,000. 3 days later on the 20th the count was at 230,000, and as of yesterday (24th) the count hit 270,000 unique users. Thats 140,000 in a week and a few days, more than the total for early access that was available for 8 months. So it's at about a 10,000 per day average. Dreams just starting trending on youtube this week, so I think it's safe to assume more word of mouth advertising and sales are going to happen. It'll be a slowburn like some predicted, but Dreams will do fine.
