@Yozora146_ it's only just slightly better than the 75-250 samples used to sell the makeup adverts 🙄
When I was a teenage (20 odd years ago) I was already playing an ever evolving game with a gaming subscription, it was call Dark Age of Camelot. The only real difference was that you didn't have to buy the skins, you earnt them by killing formidable foes, what is called 'raiding' these days.
Hands down thee best multiplayer game I've ever had the joy of playing, though extremely likely to have developed my addiction to games and subsequent poor academic performance 🤷♀️
I guess once I finish the DLC trophies from AC3 I won't be playing any of the games I haven't started from Unity onwards. It's a shame, I was looking forward to trying the RPG aspects of the later games
I've quite a few games I started on Extra but got distracted from and haven't gone back to. I worry each month some will leave the service and I won't have the time to finish them.
Really happy to hear this. I started playing Cyberpunk for the first time last night via the 5h trial and only remembered this could be a problem after I'd switched it off.
Kind of a non issue anyway since the DLC isn't on the disc, so I might buy the PS4 version which is currently on sale for about £14, then buy the DLC later on down the line when it's heavily discounted.
@supergurr I'm about 25-30% through the story and I have the same thoughts. It is fun, but I think I'll be glad once it's over.
I've just installed Superliminal and looking forward to playing it. I've had it on my wishlist for years so pretty happy about that, but, it and Teardown are all I'm interested in the month. Though I equate 1 extra game a month to be worth the subscription cost and currently I'm getting that.
Is it possible to list the games leaving the service in these articles in the future?
@GravyThief I agree, I doubt there was any malicious intent behind the use of the word. Rather, the implication is that 5% isn't very much of 100%, but when we know the 5% is in relation to nearly 1000 livelihoods I think the inclusion of 'just' is somewhat inappropriate.
@Nightcrawler71 @Angelus3K I'm just quoting from what I saw someone mention on HUKD and haven't tested it myself but, apparently you can invert the controls from the PS5 system settings.
I've never been a great fan of voxel type games, but this looks great and I'm already having fun with it 😁
@naruball long, long time lurker here, finally signed up to agree that language really matters..
"To put that in perspective, this number represents just five per cent of its total staff." 'Just' 5%? That's nearly 1000 people we're talking about, that's a lot of human lives not to be sniffed at.

Re: Embracer CEO Confirms TimeSplitters Dev Could Close Before Christmas
Honestly think this would be a great IP for Sony to own, surely it would make a compelling live service game?

Re: New Game+ on Its Way to Assassin's Creed Mirage Next Month
I can see a lot of controllers getting smashed as people's characters jump from a high roof top on permadeath mode, only to miss the haystack below 😅
