@Uromastryx you are absolutely wrong. Swords were used all the way through the Viking period, although they were incredibly expensive and were only given to elite huskarls by their jarls. There were no two-handed swords, as almost all hand weapons would have been used with a shield. So Ubisoft really screwed that up. Most common weapons found in warrior graves are single handed spears
