The most aggravating part of this is that I contacted Sony during the sale asking if my PS+ Collection version would receive the free upgrade. The Sony support agent said my copy did indeed qualify. Because of this I decided not to get the game on sale for $5. I feel like Sony owes me Fallout 4 for $5.
