Contact Form

The most direct way to provide us with feedback is to use our Contact page and select an appropriate subject, e.g., "Feedback / Complaints." Your message will be directed to the correct department, which will get back to you as soon as possible after reviewing it. You do not need to sign up for an account to send a message using our contact form.

Article Comments

Often you will be able to provide constructive feedback within articles themselves by signing up for an account and leaving a comment. Please ensure the feedback is related to the article itself, as this will be public, otherwise please use the Contact page to submit a private message.

Forums

We have a specific "Feedback and Suggestions" forum category within our Forums, you can read suggestions or feedback from other members and also add your opinion and feedback.

Social Media

Push Square also has various social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter and Bluesky. Whilst we have a full-time community manager who monitors these accounts it may take longer to get a response from us using these channels, we recommend using the Contact page for anything important.

Anonymous Feedback

Feedback can be provided to Push Square anonymously using our Contact page. If you do report your feedback anonymously, we won’t be able to provide you with updates or request follow-up information that may be essential for processing your feedback.

How We’ll Review Your Feedback

Push Square will always read your feedback; we have a long history of feedback being provided by our readers that is then turned into action, as evidenced by our many forum threads.

Your feedback will first be categorised and prioritised based on urgency, impact and relevance. If your feedback requires an urgent reply we will do our best to reply as quickly as possible, but please be aware we may need time to investigate your inquiry. Otherwise, we will respond to your message once we have a meaningful reply for you, such as a solution, resolution or simply an acknowledgement of your suggestion.

Editorial-related feedback (positive or negative) will be passed on to the senior Push Square editorial team. Anything related to the website design or functionality will be looked at by our CEO (Anthony Dickens) who heads up our technical development. Website feature requests may be logged in our product development tracker and we'll do our best to let you know when that feature is made available.

How We’ll Action Your Feedback

Your feedback will never be treated in isolation, and we will always evaluate all the feedback from our community to help work out the best way forward and whether we decide action is required.

Depending on the nature of the feedback, different people within our organisation will be consulted on their opinions before action is taken. We have strict Editorial Independence at Push Square with a primary focus on serving the PlayStation community which also has a clear Coverage Policy which may be influenced by your feedback.

Our Expectations
