Topic: Demon Souls as first Souls game

the game is not that difficult. its more so based off patterns of the enemies. Once you get the patterns down you'll breeze through it.

@Joker22Hero They're not really that hard. And this isn't a HEY EVERYONE THE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF GAMES IS HERE RESPECT ME post. I'm not particularly good at games and I got the platinum in Dark Souls, Dark Souls II, and Bloodborne. The games seem really hard at first, but in reality, once you've levelled up and learned where the enemies are and what they do they're not hard. You can button mash your way through many bosses with the right build. There's summoning friends/NPCs which trivialise a lot of encounters.

Basically, as long as you stick with it and don't just put the pad down because you get stuck in a bit of the game for an hour or two you'll be fine.

Hey guys. I have a question. I have never played Demon´s Souls before but on wikipedia I read that it had 4 player coop.
Are we going to get coop in the remake too?

@ORO_ERICIUS - The original game had 3 player co-op, host and 2 summons. I expect the remake to have at least the same.

@Shigurui So i might get demons souls cause it looks cool and i wanna give it a try. i also have ps plus so i will have bloodborne so which shall i try first

@Hellothere07 - I'd go with Bloodborne first, purely because it won't cost you anything. It plays a lot differently to Demon's Souls but it'll be a good marker to see if you enjoy the genre.

@Jaz007 - 6 player coop? Wow. Some boss rooms barely have space for one player lmao. Even with health buffs those bosses will pose zero challenge with 6 people rolling them over.
