I got Time Crisis II and Ray Tracers wrong. But yeah, the PS1 is my all-time favourite console so I was bound to score highly.

Why is Kojima teasing people over whether or not this game funded by Sony is getting a photo mode on the PS4? It's so pathetic. Like, why make a big deal about it? Just be clear and tell us that it's coming to the PS4 version as well.

I really need to play this. I was hoping for a sale discount of some sort, but it still hasn't happened yet. £15 is a lot of money for a digital-only title, especially when I can't get a refund on PSN if I don't like it.

It's impossible to say whether it's a bad decision or not until we know what Sony is doing to make up for its absence at E3. If they have nothing to replace their E3 conference then it's a horrible thing for them to skip the event. Hopefully that isn't the case though.

I hope they don't resort to Kickstarter again. I just don't think it would pan out for them the same way this time.

But hell yes, Shenmue IV! I'll buy it day one.

2020 is already looking like it's going to be a killer year for vidya games. Can't wait to play Ghost of Tsushima, The Last of Us Pt 2, Dreams, FFVII Remake, Genshin Impact, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Nioh 2, New Sakura Wars, Sable, Persona 5 Royal, Resident Evil 3, 13 Sentinels and most importantly, Gravity Rush 3 when it launches on the PS5!

The Last Guardian for me. A game that I waited for what felt like an eternity to come out, and it still managed to live up to my lofty expectations. I cried like a baby at the end.

This is wonderful. But poor Trico's been left out in the cold!

12 quid for three DLC packs seems like pretty decent value. And being the Shenmue fanatic that I am, I'll have no choice but to buy it.

@Kidfunkadelic83 I've been a huge Shenmue fan ever since the first two games came out on the Dreamcast. I would say that Shenmue 3 doesn't miss a beat in replicating the vibe and feel of the older games, even though there are some differences, like how the combat mechanics work. And there are some frankly weird editing techniques used during certain cutscenes where the screen will fade to black on a regular basis. It's hard to explain but you'll see what I mean when you play it. Other than that though, it is Shenmue through and through.

I played some of it yesterday. It's hardly perfect, but it is quite wonderful.

Nice to know I won't have to wait long for Death Stranding to hit 20 quid.

Sony's treatment of the Gravity Rush series from a marketing standpoint was pretty disrespectful to be fair. Shawn Layden (I presume) just did not care about it. Didn't bother to show the game at E3 '16, was reluctant to sell physical copies of the remaster and hell, even the PlayStation Youtube channel couldn't be bothered to upload GR trailers in a timely fashion.

It's easier to market post-apocalyptic, gritty action games than colourful anime ones I guess. Hopefully, fingers crossed, Jim Ryan will be different.

Sony released the announcement trailer for Astro Bot two weeks before E3 2018. TWO WEEKS! And it ended up being a killer app for PSVR and one of the highest-rated exclusives on the PS4.

Sony can be real dunces when it comes to handling anything that isn't AAA. There's a huuuuuge marketing divide between their AAA exclusives and anything else.

Good job Sony didn't waste their time with this during a State of Play or something.

Don't waste a team that good on mere demos. Get them to work on the next VR masterpiece.

Honestly one of my favourite Yakuza entries. I think it's woefully underappreciated.

I played this game on the PS3. Got the platinum for it. It was fan-fudgin'-tastic.

I'd be there day one for a game that has Kat, Astro Bot, Kutaro and Toro kicking the crap out of each other in a Power Stone-style arena.

It's more of a 10 but okay.

I'm all about dat Shenmue 3. Little else matters apart from MediEvil.

Considering how well Kojima has aged, you'd think he would be a bit more eager to get his hair cut by someone who isn't his mother.

@MightyDemon82 Slower, less action-based and more slanted towards the 'adventure' genre. Honestly, Shenmue is kinda hard to pigeonhole, but if you want to truly find out how the games are, then all I can say is play them and find out for yourself. If you like Yakuza then there's already a good chance you'll dig Shenmue, and the HD collection can be purchased for very cheap now.
