God of War or Bloodborne, can't decide. Amazing generation of exclusives.

Best launch line-up ever (well, PS1's prob had slightly bigger impact coming from 2D to 3D but still, Demon's Souls, Miles Morales and AstroBot with the DualSense are legit great games

DS is part of the next gen experience alright. Sets the standard for all other controllers

PS5 also has the best 3rd party titles compared to Series X, so I expect the skew to lean even more heavily towards PS5.

That just increased my hype for these two games. This is one of the best launch line-ups ever (well launch line-ups are usually poor)

@East76landS one look at the Xbox launch line-up, or media strategy of showing old games running on it (where are the next gen games? First party gameplay?!), tells me they're the ones in damage control mode

It's a beautiful piece of work. Fast, dark, user friendly and in 4K.

PS5 will have one of the largest backwards compatibility library of any console ever (4000 titles or something), which dwarfs the amount of BC titles on othwr platforms like the Xbox Series S, so Sony will prioritize first party patches first of course

@andjahiam this is not true, already Demon's Souls at launch and Ratchet are PS5 exclusive, there's lots more too

Beautiful bit of engineering, the whole thing.

Such a strong stable of developers and IPs. I couldnt care less about the competition (Xbox) who 'promise' great games that never arrive, or try to blindside with 'Gamepass' filler mediocrity for the most part.

I think Spiderman and Demon's Souls at launch is going to make it sell out pretty instantly. Best launch line-up I can remember, especially if you like Souls-type games.

@Dezzy70 Everything about the Series X/S from MS has been wrong: from the name, to launch line up and even marketing strategy (look how the Series S was mistakenly revealed the other night). They're in for an even worse gen this time

I had no idea Sony owned Funimation. That's awesome, hopefully they leverage their IPs across both anime and gaming. I would like to see Playstation focus a little more on Japanese gaming market and this is a great way to do it.
