@Haruki_NLI Wasn't it always like that ? PS,Xbox,PC and Nintendo exclusives were always a thing. And back then when it was a PS or XBOX exclusive there was no hope of getting it on PC either.
@ShogunRok Hopefully this one was the last time. Funny how every addition to Director's Cut is a way of avoiding the game's actual gameplay of walking and delivering things.
this and Skulls and Bones 😂. But I feel September was maybe a bit too close to the Oct/Nov period where we have BF/COD/Halo launching (don't know when's the last time they launched together probably 2015 with Halo 5 ?)
@UltimateOtaku91 It looks like a quick cash grab because the game looks like a Dishonered 2 Mod or something that just added some new elements also taking not much of advantage of new hardware.
@Richnj The name director's cut has the same function as ultimate editor or GOTY edition and other things for games as used by Sony. But since the term comes from movie industry it is supposed to sound more artistic and elegant. Kinda like how LoU2 was called Part II inspired by Godfather Part II.
This is partly helped by Nintendo being an entire decade behind on tech most of the time. I remember having a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone with AMOLED screen back then and it was amazing. PS Vita as well. Although even Vita switched to LCD in later iteration if I remember right.
@mucc Truth of the matter is that Microsoft has done a great deal of good to the gaming industry to the point that all gamers from PC,Sony,Nintendo should thank them for charting a new path.
Subscriptions make gaming affordable and stress-free and risk-free. We have them for movies, music, books, fitness courses, heck even shaving blades from Gillette. It is only logical to have them for gaming as well. Forcing the industry into offering a content-rich and affordable subscription system (instead of 80 bloody euros for a game) is the right path for both the gamers and the console makers/publishers. Everyone better come to terms with the new reality and thank Microsoft for having the guts to introduce this. Second. Microsoft has done a lot of good contributions to gaming. Creation of one of the best shooter franchises of all time (halo), the best racing franchise in the market (Forza) and the first proper online gaming infrastructure in Xbox Live. Trying to act like Xbox is some cancer destroying the industry while Sony is magical healing potion for the industry is a very narrow-minded view.
Gotta love how Jim Ryan said you shouldn't buy studios like Xbox instead nurture and build them and then PS starts a shopping spree anyway. Talk about hypocrisy.
But possibility of library of PS coming to PC is always good news even if it is not day 1 releases.

Re: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Key Art Revealed Ahead of DC FanDome
@PegasusActual93 Some rumours pointed that they were working on a Superman game but dropped it.
Re: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Key Art Revealed Ahead of DC FanDome
Is this game a live-service/always-online thing or just like older Arkham games?
Re: Spider-Man Dev Insomniac Is Making a Wolverine Game for PS5
@jdv95 It is more a question of how efficient they are really.

Re: Hands On: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered Is Far More Than Its Title Suggests
Will definitely buy it if it is sold separately and so glad that it is a well done and extensive remaster(bordering on remake indeed).
