Very few games on Switch have screen tearing, if any. Nintendo seems to insist all games be fully v-syned on their platforms as I don't think I have ever come accross a game with screen tearing on a Nintendo system.
And I'm all for it, can't stand screen tearing.
As for this game in particular I don't own it so can't say with 100% confidence but I would be very surprised if it had screen tearing on Switch.
I tried the 10 hour demo on my Series X (just got to meet the Keanu Reeve's character when it ended) and was enjoying it quite a bit then bought the game at half price and then.....never touched it again. Not even sure why.
Been so long ago now I will have to start from scratch if I decide to play it again. Maybe one day.
