Re: Bethesda Apologises to PS5, PS4 Fans 'P*ssed' at Exclusivity

@trev666 my wife works for a hedgefund and I can tell you from experience, these people will literally light each other on fire to get a larger bonus/salary than anyone else in the office. Hegdefunds are giant wealth accumulation pissing contests that only hire relatives/friends for the executive positions and treat everyone who works under them like dog *****.

So a kid who is friends with one of the ceo's that just started at her company may make $200,000, get a VP title, AND be allowed a yearly bonus of anywhere between $100,000-$500,000 and have 0 responsibilities. BUT, people who don't have titles and have worked there for decades do all the work and get paid under $80k (bonus included).

They also tend to fire any women and black/Hispanic/latino people right around the time they would be able to retire with a pension or package.

Hedgefunds in america are run by super rich white males in order to keep the wealth distributed solely amongst the next generation of already rich white males. They do not care where or how the money comes in, so long as it comes in. So what you said about zenimax was right on target.

Not to mention that Robert Altman, one of the founders of Zenimax, had gotten in a ***** load of trouble for tax evasion and straw businesses and he was still CEO of Zenimax.

@Hyperluminal i feel this exact way about 90% of websites out there.

Even kotaku, which was once an informative and intelligently written website, has become nothing more than one giant editorial internet "personality" circle jerk.

Sites are so desperate for content that they would rather post filler/rumors/or even completely false ***** because then they can put up another post redacting the misinformation AND THEN post a editorial about the redacted post.

Screenrant/gamerant are the most guilty of this type of b.s.

Re: Warner Bros Under Fire for Patenting Nemesis System

This doesn't mean other companies cant use the nemesis system.

It means that if they want to use it that they would have to pay WB a licensing fee to use it for said game.

It's the exact same way UNREAL Engine or UNITY works.

This is not some gigantic switch up or disruption of the gane industry. It's basically business as usual. That's how capitalism works.

It's why the poor/working/hourly-wage classes should rise up against these greasy, greedy, ***** eating corporations and corrupt governments that perpetuate the "rich get richer" systems that ***** over the rest of us who are just trying to enjoy a tiny fraction of our lives (when we aren't killing our selves trying to maintain a roof over head, food in the fridge, and the ability to keep electricity on).

But we're probably all just gonna continue to gripe about it on the internet until we find something new to distract us or rage against.

*****.

I must be either lucky or blind but i have had 0 pop-in, no blurry faces, and no problem completing quests. The only time i get frame rate drops are when im driving with the gta style camera on. If I'm driving in 1st person pov, everything's fine. I also shut off all the unecessary graphical stuff like film grain, aberration, motion blur, and lens flare. Kept depth of field. My load times are all roughly 5-10 seconds max. The only time i get any weird stutter is if i ping something in a factory and there are 100s of machines and enemies in the area. I have a high speed ssd i replaced the original harddrive which definitely helps and im using the disc version of the game.

Anyone else getting lucky?
