I thought all the delays were for the Next-Gen patch, but I guess I'll wait next year for the PS5 patch and play it on PC for the meanwhile

I would imagine the sequel being on the PS5 would be amazing, the horde would be like 3x times the size given with the SSD

THIS!, I told you all yesterdy that I wanted for Sony to AT LEAST buy the IP rights of MGS, Castlevania, Silent Hill, Suikoden and other Konami's IP.

Resurrect old IPs and develop new teams working on it!

Sony has legacy IPs that they could bring back up from the graves. Legend of Dragoon, Jak and Dexter, Ape Escape, Siphon Filter, SOCOM. The whole problem is they tend to forget IPs and move on

The only thing I want is that Sony actually buy the rights and IP of Konami's like Castlevania, MGS, Silent Hill and Suikoden because Konami doesn't give a crap so at least give it to somebody who does

@BlueOcean That just proves my concerns, is the PS4 going to able to run these games at least stable 30fps, I mean some games are already having problems running on the OG PS4 right now.

I mean if the rumors of Halo Infinite can't run on the OG Xbox One, I'm really worried for Horizon Forbidden West running on the OG PS4

@Fenbops there was also rumors that Microsoft was also having problems running Halo Infinite on the OG Xbox One, seems like they're cutting support for it

Nintendo seems the only guy around the block that wants to utilize the most out of new tech

@Fenbops I mean they're gonna do a lot more with the sequel and seeing the trailer looks more that the game is gonna have water and air exploration, I'm not worried about the graphics but the CPU of the PS4 is so damn old I'm afraid that can it at least run at solid 30fps?

I'm gonna be very surprised if the game can be RUN on the base PS4, the base model already can't run some games smoothly and this would really push it over the limit

People also have to consider that Xbox's Console Market and Service is not going to be even available in a lot of markets around the world, while Playstation have grounds in even 3rd world countries

You can hardly find an Xbox in most regions and if you do, people still won't consider it because of how popular Playstation/Nintendo is

Not worried, the Playstation brand is certainly strong enough that it won't matter what pricing the competition brings. Especially in Asia where it's Playstation dominant centric

IMO just show us the launch lineup and the price, it'll sell regardless

I can only assure you that no matter how low pricing the Xbox Series S is, it'll tank in the Asia market

People just do not care about Xbox whatsoever here, PS5 could cost triple the price and it would still sell

IMO, Digimon is the closest and has better Battle System and Story than Pokemon franchise

@Spyroescape With emulation yes, Piracy is also a factor in that case. I could just download the emulator and pirate their games and play on it. There would be no need for me to buy a Switch then

@Richnj Wrong as hell, brand recognition and loyalty does nothing and is totally a minority of the whole user based. IPhones sells because of iOS an operating system that exclusive to that one product , Apple is willing to even remove Fortnite from the App Store just because it didn't want to commit to its ecosystem

The software and ecosystem is why people commit to it, Apple knows this to very well and Nintendo too

There is a BIG reason why Pokemon is a system seller for Nintendo Devices, there is no other place you can play it on

@Richnj Why do Apple products sell very well despite being expensive? There is a reason why Playstation 4 was so successful this gen and why the Switch did so well too

@rachetmarvel Sony would rather port their exclusive games on PC with no DRM than actually trying to improve the PS ecosystem

They could be focusing so much more on improving PSN, PS Plus and PS Now, making people subscribe more into their ecosystem

If this keeps going, the only console I'll own is Nintendo. At least they understand the importance of Exclusivity.

I was expecting Rocksteady's DC game for PS5 reveal yesterday, They are working on it for a long ass time now

They have to take a loss per unit IMO, it's regarding how this gen is about content and price rather than specs. It's definitely hard but in the long run, I think they'll succeed
