@Jmjfrank I think it was just a mistake, maybe they had the same issue last week with Xbox and there was some copy/pasting going on. I did mention that in my follow up reply.

@MPaulson the perspective isn’t about the money. I didn’t ask for money, they just sent it. I’d happy give that back in return for a place in a queue for the next round of stock, it’s not a big ask from where I’m sitting.

@AhabSpampurse they have fulfilled their legal requirements so I don’t feel this is worthy of a complaint. The issue is more around the lack of putting affected customers at the head of the queue next time around, seems like a pretty simple request to me.

@KidBoruto sadly not, just a refund and nothing more. Which is disappointing.

@mkkid28 I’ll provide you with whatever proof you want. It’s real. Not to say that every claim is, as obviously you’d have to verify every case. But it’s not a scam and appears to be quite widespread.

@darksoul77 do you have the exact details as to who to contact? Isn't there a "local" trading standards, how does it work with online orders? let me know and I'll update the article.

@Sanquine to be fair, the number of users that comment vs view an article is in the >0.1% range, so I think it's fair to say there would still be a good number of views without comments enabled. However, we don't WANT to discourage discussion, it's a big part of why we created the site... everyone here loves games and should be able to discuss them in a safe, friendly environment. Thankfully we've only ever had to shut down comments a couple of times over like 10 years.

Unfortunately @suikoden referring to them as "nasty man babies" doesn't help foster a friendly environment. It works both ways.

@oldschool1987 no problem, in this case the sheer volume of comments was huge and I would have recommended deleting all off-topic comments. Again, if any are still there please feel free to report them or send me links. I imagine mods were dealing with the more aggressive/unsavoury comments rather than being unfair towards you intentionally.

Hmm, turns out my memory isn’t as good as I thought.. only 9/15. Really need to find the time to play through this again before picking up the sequel. I’m always a couple of months behind you guys.

I imagine the current headset running on a PS5 would be able to handle it, it’s more about the console rather than the headset. Although obviously a better headset would be even better...

@RustyBullet yeah, it’s a VR device, but it’s not a platform. Valve won’t be considering whether to launch Half Life Alyx for Labo VR.

@RustyBullet no one is disputing the fact that it's VR. The point is it's not relevant to a conversation about Microsoft and PlayStation VR.

@rjejr they are apples and oranges, completely different devices for completely different purposes. Sure they both, technically, are VR devices (much like google cardboard is the same as Valve Index) but one is an actual platform and the other, isn’t. It’s pretty simple really.

@rjejr trolling is against the community rules. You can’t seriously be putting PSVR and Labo VR in the same category.

@rjejr why are you being "that guy"? Labo VR isn't a VR platform is it? You can't buy games for it.

Personally I'd love to see Valve and Sony do a deal on content for some of these flagship games - that helps promote VR as a medium rather than individual platforms. Whilst this looks amazingly good, I really don't like the idea of buying another platform just to play this... fingers crossed for a deal anyway.

The screenshots don't do it justice at all, seeing it in motion for the trailer is far better. That said, I'm not into online multiplayer much, so this isn't for me, I'll hold out for RE8/RE3make.

I have to say, this has become quite painful recently. As others, an update to GT Sport takes over an hour, which is mad for minor updates. The download is fairly fast, it's the copy process (on a PS4 Pro) that is quite laughable. I feel like Sony do need to address this if possible and hopefully pre-empt similar issues for PS5.

Great stuff Sammy, really enjoyed this one. They both seem like really great guys and I hope they lead to more famous personalities in gaming, it’s great to see the mo-cap talent get recognition and we probably need to highlight this more.
