It's not really slower as the PS5 internal SSD has 12 lanes vs 8 lanes here. This is the reason why SSDs HAVE to be faster for externals on PS5.

@JohnnyRock30 XBox SSD is 2.4GB/s . This here is 7GB/s. Huge difference.

@nessisonett Same price as XBox but almost 3 times as fast.
