Im personally excited for this. Feel like this is a replacement to what used to be that Sony Rewards program (where like 10 platinums would give you X amount of PSN dollars, etc...).

My wishlist:

Scooby-Doo Night of 100 Frights remake.
Simpsons Hit and Run remake.
New Spongebob title.
Spongebob Movie remake.

Anything else would be a great bonus.

Cmon THQ, make some of these happen!!!

Glad to see this affects others as well. For my game thats stuck at the top, its the Dead Island Definitive Edition, and it doesnt show my total playtime on it either...

I remember the day i finally beat Nitros Oxide on CTR. It took me forever. It was a Spring morning, my mom was cleaning the windows and 2 of my cousins had slept over the night before. We took turns racing Oxide and finally we beat the game!!! We were probably about 6 or 7 at the time and were super excited about it, only to find out we now had to get all the Relics and race him again! Some fun times and memories!!

It could be worse. At least they arent locking items behind these microtransactions... or not yet at least. I personally dont mind just the coins being purchasable... if you dont want to grind (which is the point of playing a game, you have the option). As long as they dont start saying, well heres a new cart, but its $3.99, thats where ill draw the line. But just coins, im not too worried, yet...

Man i am so excited for this!!! My childhood games are literally all coming back!! Crash came back, Spyro came back, now Spongebob is back, now all i need is the Simpsons Hit and Run to come back and i will be totally reliving my childhood!!

I think game devs and publishers should just wait until the game is close to being completed, like within a year to announce or release any info on it. Take Dead Island 2 for example. Announced at E3 2014 (if i remember correctly) and i still have no clue what is going on with that game now over 4 years later. Yes delays happen, and in this case i think they changed dev studios as well. And like Elder Scrolls 6, all we got was a 30 second trailer or whatever. I dont mind that, but dont show off any early gameplay until the product is closer to release.

I prefer my games physically. I like collecting my games, id rather spend the $60 and physically own the game and if i decide to sell it i can. Digital games you spend the money and you cant do anything else with it. No returns, no reselling, and its tied to your account. No PS+ no game (at least for the ps+ games). Only time i buy digital games is the PS+ free games, or if theres a really good sale going on, or its a ps1 or ps2 classic game (until backwards compatability becomes a reality. Make it happen Sony!!) please!

I personally have a 4TB external hdd for my ps4. I bought it for $53.97 on clearence at GameStop and it is very much worth the money. I see people paying way more for way less storage (for external hdd storage)

The only "bug" ive noticed in my playtime was one time Atreus was stuck running into a rock, but as soon as i climbed something he was right back on my back, other than that i havnt noticed any other glitches

Oh i hope so! I loved the spongebob games as a kid! Battle for bikini bottom and the movie were the best ones!

Hoping somehow the can add backwards compatability for ps1 ps2 and ps3 titles where you arent forced to rebuy the game (unless you dont own the game) but use the game disc you own already. I still love my ps4, but it would be a cool bonus if you could play the old games as well.

I dont see why so many people are complaining about it. I had this ad pop up last night, and i just simply deleted it cause i do not want to buy Destiny 2

I feel like Sony will do something with backwards compatability sometime in the future. Whether itll be an updated ps4 that will play any playstation game, or just be integrated with the ps5 (whenever that will be). Sony has so many amazing games from all their systems and it would be great to play any game you want/own on your newest console.

Woww, i wish this happened sooner! I have 50 platinums, with a lot of the lego, and telltale games platinumed. I go for every COD platinum as well. Hopefully they change that, but this is still a real cool thing!

Aloy and Ratchet/Clank was too tough for me! But it had to go to Ratchet and Clank.
I have a feeling there will be a Crash vs Spyro later in these polls, and that will be even worse lol

I think they will announce something with Spyro, and if not here, then for PSX. Sony will drop the price of the pro to compete with the xbox one x. Hopefully they do, cause ill buy a pro!

@FullbringIchigo Agreed, i usually dont care about a bonus mission as well, but if i really want the game, why not lol. Even if its from a shaky dev. As long as you enjoy the game, thats all that matters. Even if theres bugs in the game, theyll be fixed (hopefully) at least thats how it is when i buy games. The only game i ever regret preordering was Duck Dynasty, but i still enjoyed the game honestly. Yea it was buggy, but i really liked that show at the time lol

@WasabiPeanut yea exactly. But even with no mans sky, yea the game was nothing like they said at launch, but at least they grew up and fixed the game... ive personally never played it, and i dont plan to lol

@DerMeister so just either demo the game first, a lot of games have demos, or look at trailers, gameplay trailers, or just get games you know you will like...

@SomeDonkus even still, its only $5, not robbery. You can cancel it at anytime anfld get your money back. Even cancel the night before launch, and get a full refund for whatever you paid. Its not robbery, your just paying $55 instead of $60 technically after you put the $5 down... i collect so personally i preorder a lot of collector editions, but even regular games i just preorder anyway

@FullbringIchigo really? I personally dont play most Ubisoft games, dont really like most of their games. Only exception is Watch Dogs. I bought both 1 and 2 at launch, enjoyed both of them, and honestly if there were bugs, it didnt bother me cause i dont ever remember being like, theres this glitch in this game which makes it suck. If you dont want to preorder, then dont, but the way most games are today, they are just pushed out whenever cause they can just update fixes in later on.

I still dont know why so many people are against pre ordering. You pay just $5 to reserve a copy of your game and you get free bonus things when you get the game. I dont know ahout everyone else, but if im gonna buy a game at launch and spend $60, or preorder a game, definitely get it at launch for $60, and get some bonus things with it, why not preorder?

Hope they do CTR and Crash Bash remastered as a bundle, then remaster the Spyro Trilogy👌

I wish they wouldve done a collectors edition!! I always buy collectors editions of games. Crash is my all time favorite franchise/game (ps1 era at least) and wouldve dropped my money for a collectors edition in a heartbeat!

Id rather have this than a release date. Ive been waiting for the new South Park game, which was originally set to release late 2016 i think. Then it got delayed to March 2017, and now delayed to October lol

You can have the most powerful console in the world, but if it doesnt have great exclusives, its not gonna sell well especially due to its price point.

Crash took the show for me! I grew up with crash and ive never been more excited for a game to release!!! I hope the remasters sell well to pave the way for a CTR and Bash remaster as well!!!!

Please, i hope they remaster the original Crash Bandicoot games from the PS1 era!!! This would be the year for them, especially the first one. 20 years of Crash Bandicoot!!! Make it happen Sony!
