@get2sammyb £7.99 is a little much bearing in mind that besides a new lick of paint, I'm not entirely sure what they've added to the existing game.
It's good fun though and the only decent fighting sim we have for the vita, so you'd be remiss in your duty if you were a fan of such things and decided to skip it!
@get2sammyb There were a lot of Mass Effect-y things about this one. It really does have a total identity crisis, though. Hope you get some enjoyment out of it!
This is fantastic news. I absolutely adore the Borderlands series and Mr Pitchford and his crew have done a lot in recent months to alienate consumers.
More announcements like this and I may be able to stomach his big lying face again!
Good to see that people other than me enjoyed Rainbow Moon! For the Vita version of RM I'd like to see some kind of discounted price for those who already own it on PS3, or at the very least a cross-save function, but it's probably rather unlikely.
After a few seasons the game has to create new players to fill out the team sheets as the older players retire. In my game on FM'08 I was stuck in division 2 with Oxford United, when a player came up through the youth team that had the stats of a top-flight premier league player. Needless to say he was a star, scoring more goals than anyone else and cleaning up at the end of season awards.
This anomaly looked set to continue, until one dreaded day when I decided to try out the 'go on holiday' option. My coach took over my position while I was "away" and when I came back he'd sold half the team... including my star player.
I can't remember his name now, but the name Barry often comes to me in moments of private reflection...
Another fantastic anomaly was when I, a lowly division 2 manager, was offered the job of managing the Portuguese national side. I failed miserably, but it was great CV-filling stuff.
I suppose what i'm trying to say is... I will more than likely get this. It's been too many years and someone's willing me to get it...
It is crazy to think the The Last of Us was running on less than a gig of ram and Sony are surely going to lessen the restrictions once they're comfortable with how new features can be incorporated, and run, on the new OS.
I'd much prefer Knack to be free on day one than a watered down version of Driveclub, but that only seems reasonable to me because I value Knack less than the 'big budget' launch titles.
It sucked enough that it wasn't made available to anyone outside of the States, but when you consider I have 54 platinum trophies, and just over 240 gold, it was very obvious there were some super-humans throwing their hats in.
It's fun to heap on the scorn, but I honestly can't fault Microsoft for their conference. There were some issues, but it was pretty damn solid. Your move, Sony.
Woah. That's crazy cheap. I've been looking to pick this up for a while, but a big part of me wants to own it physically no matter the price difference.
I used to have great fun messing around on it with friends, although this was almost entirely down to the amount of bugs and glitches that would normally result in hilarious bails.

Re: Review: DuckTales: Remastered (PlayStation Network)
@odd69 to be fair, as you said, it is entirely the opinion of the reviewer, as are ALL the reviews on this website.
You're bound to disagree with some reviews, but don't discount every other review because one of them wasn't to your liking.
Re: Talking Point: What Are Your Thoughts on the PS4's Launch Lineup?
As someone who won't be buying any console other than the PS4, there's more than enough content to keep me happy come launch day.
Let us not forget the horror show that was the PS3's launch line up... shudders
It gets a good vote from me.
Re: Review: Snowy: Treasure Hunter (PlayStation Network)
@MadchesterManc Thank you for your click and your comment.
Your custom is important to us.
Please come again. creepy robotic smile
Re: Review: Snowy: Treasure Hunter (PlayStation Network)
@Superconsole Worry not! I understand they're coming via DLC. Instant classic.
Re: Review: DuckTales: Remastered (PlayStation Network)
Nice review, Simon. Shame this didn't seem to turn out as everyone had hoped.
Re: The Last of Us' Multiplayer Would Like to Ask You a Few Questions
Also, that new game mode! Haven't quite got the MP trophies yet, so this'll help breathe new life into it for me.
Re: The Last of Us' Multiplayer Would Like to Ask You a Few Questions
The bows. For the love of all that's good in this world, balance the bloody bows.

Re: GamesCom 2013: Say Hello to the New 'Magma Red' and 'Wave Blue' DualShock 4 Controllers
Prefer the blue over the red one.
That price is a little insulting, but totally justifiable. There's a helluva lot of expensive goodies in one of those. No more rage-throwing for me!
Re: Talking Point: Is the PlayStation 4 Launching Too Late?
On the one hand it gives me enough time to put aside the cash, but, as with a child at christmas, I want it right now.

Re: Review: The Smurfs 2: The Video Game (PlayStation 3)
@Splat because I'm the damn finest bad game reviewer in the world!
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue Eleven
@Visiblemode There's practically no narrative in the first game, but the second improves in EVERY way
Re: Review: Narco Terror (PlayStation Network)
@get2sammyb You're clearly forgetting the powerhouse that is Alien Breed III: Descent.
Nice review, Mr Ramsey! I shall be sure to steer clear of this one.

The man they call Barry.
Re: Reaction: Why You Should Stop Bleating About the PS4's RAM
Some excellent points in here.
It is crazy to think the The Last of Us was running on less than a gig of ram and Sony are surely going to lessen the restrictions once they're comfortable with how new features can be incorporated, and run, on the new OS.
Also, top sheep-punnage there, Mr Barker.

Re: Review: Painkiller: Hell & Damnation (PlayStation 3)
@get2sammyb Don't worry, I plan on washing it down with a healthy dose of Persona 4!
Re: Review: Painkiller: Hell & Damnation (PlayStation 3)
@ShogunRok I hand-on-heart volunteered my soul for the Burning Sky platinum. This, however, is not worth anybody's time for any reason.
Re: PlayStation's Bid for Greatness Campaign Tarnished by Cheaters

Re: Sony Sidelines MAG, SOCOM 4, and SOCOM: Confrontation
I know a couple of people who'll be very upset by this. At least they'll have their shiny PS4's for comfort.
Re: Review: Strength of the Sword 3 (PlayStation Network)
@get2sammyb Thanks! it's priced at (an unfortunate) £7.99 so I don't think it'll ever see a great deal of success unfortunately.
@ThreadShadow Not entirely sure. It's been out in Europe since the start of June.
@rjejr It's a PS3 PSN title. It's such a shame as indie games lend themselves so brilliantly to the Vita :/
Re: No, You Can't Turn Off the DualShock 4's Light Bar
@ShogunRok Totally agree. They've let me down for the last time.
Can you still buy an N-Gage?
Re: Get your Daily Dose of Nonsense with Another Lightning Returns Trailer
As another, slightly more popular Square Enix character might say:
"I never asked for this."
Re: Interview: Painting the Town Red with OMG HD Zombies Developer Laughing Jackal
Big fan of Laughing Jackal, I expect to be nabbing a copy very soon!
Re: PlayStation Vita Mega Pack Bundles Outrageous Value
Didn't this happen with the PSP Go? Shame it flopped, twas a great little handheld.
Re: Feature: Push Square's E3 2013 PlayStation Game of the Show - Final Fantasy XV
How did this happen.
Re: E3 2013: Watch the Highlights from the Sony PlayStation Press Conference
@get2sammyb @ShogunRok Cheers, guys
Re: E3 2013: This Is How PS4's Social Functions Will Work
Just two beautiful people and a fat guy enjoying videogames.
I'd watch that sitcom.
Re: Talking Point: Has Microsoft's E3 2013 Showing Lessened Your Interest in the PS4?
@ZeD One day... Our time will come.
Re: Talking Point: Has Microsoft's E3 2013 Showing Lessened Your Interest in the PS4?
@ZeD Me too! I died a little inside when I saw that :/
Re: Talking Point: Has Microsoft's E3 2013 Showing Lessened Your Interest in the PS4?
It's fun to heap on the scorn, but I honestly can't fault Microsoft for their conference. There were some issues, but it was pretty damn solid. Your move, Sony.
Re: Feature: The Highs and Lows of PlayStation 3 at E3
As I was wondering whether or not to buy a PS3, a single sentence was uttered that swayed me to camp Sony in a dramatic fashion.

I've never seen Baker and North in the same room at the same time. They're definitely the same person.
What a twist!

@Epic @LDXD Having reviewed both, I can tell you both are equal in terms of awfulness.
Feel sorry for me.

I remember owning a Jeremy McGrath game on PS2.
