GeForce Now is currently the best streaming service. Sony and Microsoft will have to make a lot of effort if they want to have the quality of streaming that GeForce Now has
Sony should put a lot of effort into BC, for example, make it possible to play Bloodborne in 60fps. If Microsoft can increase the resolution and fps of old games, then so can Sony.
Japanese people only like to play their own games, i.e. JRPGs, while they don't like to play WRPGs at all, although there are exceptions that are popular in Japan, for example, Minecraft.
As long as enough people buy Rockstar games, Rockstar will act that way because they know enough people will buy their games. It's our own fault that Rockstar behaves like this.
On Xbox, Red Dead Redemption costs $30, Undead Nightmare Pack costs $10. The PS4 and NS version should have cost $40, not $50 because on Xbox Red Dead Redemption + Undead Nightmare Pack costs $40, although you have to buy the Undead Nightmare Pack separately.
I expect massive layoffs at PlayStation after Microsoft's acquisition of Activison goes through because Sony will feel a drop in their revenue since COD brings them the biggest profit.
I think that someone, eg Tencent will buy Square Enix, which is sinking more and more, and I hope that neither Microsoft nor Sony will buy Square Enix.
One of the reasons for the poor sale of Final Fantasy XVI is the poor sales of FF XVI in Japan. This is obviously a lesson for Square Enix because future FF games must be released for all platforms, and not be exclusive to a certain console, eg PS5
Microsoft can easily make a lot of money from mobile games because mobile games are the biggest earners in the gaming industry. Mobile games make more money than PC+consoles together. Sony should buy as many mobile game developers as possible, because it will make more money from mobile games than from PlayStation games.
Even before Microsoft, Sega introduced that you had to pay to play online. Microsoft just took Sega's model and popularized it. It's Sega's fault in a way that console players have to pay to be able to play online today.
Interestingly, the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller has a much better battery than the DualseSense Edge, that is, the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller has a battery that can last at least 40 hours. Sony should have removed something from the controller to extend the battery life. In my opinion, the battery is far more important than other technologies in the controller.
Although the PlayStation 5 as a console is selling well in Japan, PS5 games are selling very poorly in Japan. Sony will have to do something about software sales in Japan.
PlayStation players, as well as Xbox players, clearly prefer to buy digital games rather than physical ones. And while with Nintendo it is better to buy a physical game because the physical game does not require installation
Final Fantasy XVI dropped out of the top 10 in Japan last week, and was expected to stay in the top 10, i.e. ranked 16th last week. The Japanese would rather buy a games for a Nintendo console than a PlayStation. Final Fantasy XVI is too Western, and the Japanese don't like that at all.
Final Fantasy XVI dropped out of the top 10 in Japan. If Final Fantasy VII Part 2 also fails in sales in Japan, and Square Enix has to wonder if future Final Fantasy games are worth it to be exclusive to PlayStation.
Saudi Arabia is slowly taking over the gaming industry apart from Tencent. Saudi Arabia is the owner of SNK. It will be bad for us if Saudi Arabia and Tencent take over the gaming industry.
My opinion is that Sony should implement a hall effect sensor in their controllers instead of an analog stick, because with a hall effect sensor the controller will never drift. The same goes for Microsoft and Nintendo. Back in the 90s, Sega used the hall effect sensor in its controllers.

They didn't want to re-release the game for Xbox because it's already available for Xbox via BC. I already emphasized that in my previous comment.
