I don’t think we see something new from naughty dog, they were deep down finishing The Last of Us 2 until the last moment, maybe the new Multiplayer Factions... I’m so hoping for a new Silent Hill ❤️
I’m absolutely sure, Sony will present amazing games, I’m still hoping with fingers crossed that the hardware runs more silent and cool...if so, I’m ready to pay for it
Tlou 2....I’ve seen and read the leaks and I didn’t like it but I still love the franchise and won’t abandon it until I played the second one and able to form my own opinion. Ghosts...I don’t know, the state of play really didn’t hype me at all but I’ll give it a shot later... Still trying to get platinum on Resi 3 though....
I laughed at the game at first and made fun of it but oh boy, was I wrong when I bit myself through the first 3 hours when the game started to open up. It really calmed me and made me somewhat sentimental, that I won’t be able to see landscapes like this in real life. Well, at least I have a monster drink to ease the pain.
Most classic games I have fond memories of, loose a lot of appeal, when I play them again. Clunky controls, graphics and mechanics often destroy the loving memory. Happens to me with shenmue, code Veronica, vice city, siren, OG Silent Hill, Splitter Cell and so on. If most of the PS4 games are backwards compatibile I’m fine with it
I have seen all leaks and I’m not happy but I refuse to jump on the hate wagon right now. I will play it and then judge it. I’m still interested in it and maybe it works in the bigger narrative picture. Well see...
I had the Xbox x and while it looked good with most third party games, I always missed the exclusives. Halo and Gears are franchises way past their prime. It’s like the XBox has no identity and even in third party they missed a lot.
The problem I have with it is, that it showed a lot of dark rooms, quite interesting characters but nothing how the city, the streets breathe and feel. In a dystopian story, the environment is as important as the characters. Something GTA 5 did very well. No real mood but cool characters, but still I am very much hyped!
I’d be fine with the design, when this means, we get an almost quiet console. The cooling gills are looking like they’re hiding an V8 Motor. A quiet, cool system and I’d be happy!
The production hell is the worst start for a franchise. Maybe they should just stop before we get a lame „knock-off“ version of uncharted, unrecognizable in key elements and a mashup of all games combined in one movie. The tomb raider movie as an example.

My girl Jill is back (and she’s reminding me of Kate bosworth now). But yeah, really hope for an early 2020 release!
