So, we already know that MS’ business strategy is to get XGP and XCG on as many screens and devices as possible - very similar to what Netflix did last decade.
It will never happen in the current form because the Big Three aren’t going to allow one of their direct competitors to undercut them on their own platform. Someone would have to lose profits for these deals to happen. It just sounds like higher up speak tbh.
My assumption of the reason why they made this statement was to show that they’re still working on FF7 Rebirth. While that sounds obvious, SE has gone kind of silent on the game and we were supposed to have a release date slated this year and we don’t.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I know why they’ve been quiet (FF XVI is out this month), but I would have been fine with them waiting a month or so after XVI is out to talk more about it.
@PenguinL it’s really not too difficult to get into Persona 5 but as someone who plays JRPGs a lot, it can be extremely overwhelming with the amount of unique activities and events you can do. Especially in comparison to Western RPGs. It’s really worth it. My advice is learn how the confidants/social links work and utilize your time wisely.
It is a very long game. The base content is 80 -100 and the new content adds about 20 hours of required stuff and around 10ish of optional stuff (related to the story).
@GorosBat coming from someone that’s not super big on survival horror or horror in general, I can tell you, it’s not that bad outside of the night segments and dark areas because of how gameplay changes up. Outside of a handful of story missions, most of the time that stuff is optional, although some side quests that have cool items may require you to venture out at night.
It’s more like the Walking Dead where the zombies move fairly slowly for the most part as long as you don’t make loud noises (i.e. use guns/grenades).
