Oh God. I love the original trilogy so much, Andromeda was lackluster, and now they're turning their sights back to the OT. I hope they know what they're doing and deliver. I was hoping they'd stay in Andromeda, so if they failed, at least it stayed in that galaxy.
I watched another site's video review earlier that said "I'm jealous of the people that will first play this 6 months from now, when all the bugs and kinks are worked out" and that's exactly what I'm going to do. Curious to see what y'all think of the game as well, but with the apparent bugs I'm in no rush lol
I'm still very excited about the ME Trilogy remaster since it was reportedly almost done and ust needed some polish on the first game. But as far as Dragon Age 4 and Mass Effect 5 go... I am now very uncertain. It's looking like Andromeda all over again, but on both teams. If just one of them left, I wouldn't have been that worried, but both the same day? Yikes. Very sad.
@MPaulson While the extra 150 would be great, here its more like hush money or something, because he is a reporter and they want to appease him. He wanted the PS5, and Amazon & their courier failed to deliver what was requested. They need to work with Sony to figure out how to make it up to the customers, he doesn't have to sit there and be thankful.
@antdickens why did they email you back about X-Box Series X stock when you ordered a PS5?
I have some faith, especially when they say it's a veteran team returning for this (ME:A was made by the B team)
I'm just curious where they'll go- take one of ME3's endings and make it canon, continue and improve Andromeda, go prequel or something else. Even though Andromeda was incredibly underwhelming, I'd like them to continue that story, and give it the trilogy's magic.
I don't think there were ever talks of them being remakes... They were always rumored to be remasters. I'm fine with that. Just make them less jankey in places (like the random head twisting, eyes rolling back in the head I experienced in 3 during cutscenes) and add some of the cut content back in. If they adjusted the ending that would be the biggest win for everyone, but again I'm in the minority that was fine with how the Extended Cut handled it.
Oh, and ME1 def needs an overhaul, I don't think it'll be a full on remake, prob more like a hybrid remake/remaster to make it play more like 2+3
@HotGoomba___Rebrand I want it for the Switch too, and I'd double dip day 1 as I'd also buy the PS4 version. Probably the only game I'd ever do that for.
I'm really, really annoyed, but then again I'd rather a polished game than a rushed game. Here it's not EA's fault for my disappointment, it's this Grubb guy that keeps blabbing about this collection. I wish he'd shut up.
I think I've paid full price for PS4 games twice, out of the fifteen-ish PS4 titles I've owned. I generally wait until there's a sale or they lower in price, which they almost always do. There are very few games that I absolutely need right away... and I'll likely wait like that again (if I go PS5)
@arsenio3d If we are looking at the same pic (had to click on the twitter account) it looks more like they are showing how the PS5 won't fit in their shelves like the PS4 can. Doesn't seem like trolling to me

Though I did get feels seeing Liara again.

But a Switch version is doubtful because its EA.
Re: Part of the PS5 Controller Is Very Easily Removable
@mariomaster96 I was also hoping that it was the white section that could be replaced. Waiting on a black controller/console
