Valkyria Chronicles is one of my favourite SEGA games of recent years, and not just because Vyse and Aika are in it. I really should finish it but I started losing steam after one of the 'stealth' missions. Maybe I'll dig it out this week...

As for Demon's Souls, I didn't have the skill to make it through. Did beat that massive dude with the sword though, which was pretty awesome.

That guy knows his stuff.

In Japan they re-released the game with Move controls back in July 2011; I'm told we're getting the Move patch in the future but no sign of it yet!

And go buy Heavy Rain immediately.

3DS launched before the Japan earthquake though: it's easy to think "oh that was months ago, it's over now" but Japan's economy certainly hasn't recovered yet. Media Create might be disappointed but only a fool writes off a console after its first two days

I reckon these prices could just be placeholders; it's not uncommon for retailers to stick up high prices at first, see the competition undercuts them significantly and react accordingly. Also good marketing to say "we've cut the price of our Vita memory cards by 40%!"

@Shadow100 They only announced WAAR recently but from what I understand they're free PSN downloads. Will check up for you though.

@yousaf No because that's against the law. You will be able to play some PS3 games remotely, or send purchased PSN games across to Vita, though.

I'd have to check my notes but I think the small maps are still 8 player only, it's the new, bigger maps that are 16 players

@JamieO Nope, no mention of it, though of course the vast majority of this content is already in the HR: Move Edition we got over here. The Platinum rerelease was about £10 in ASDA last time I looked!

@autogalazzo I'll be honest, I wasn't a huge fan of it: the 1:1 didn't quite work for me and I had more fun with Wii Sports. Let's hope this one is more my cup of tea!

Virtually any second-hand shop should carry it for peanuts: GAME sells it for about £3 usually. Check out Amazon etc. and they should do it around the same price

@Rambo-Hamster That's not really a fair comparison: we have four or five months for Sony to announce the AT&T pricing. I'm sure it won't be revealed on or after the console's release date

Nope, you need LittleBigPlanet 2 to enjoy any of its Move content

@autogolazzo Nope, not even our friends at iWaggle3D have been hands-on with the game yet that I can see!

@Witchboard Not necessarily true, it still has to go through Sony Europe's engineering, testing and QA process before it gets released here. Not to mention translation and so on. It's a lengthier process than you might imagine!

@sykotek Surely Europe has at least as many different cultures as America, what with it being made up of different countries, languages, laws, histories etc.

@Roopa132 I've been banging on about this game for years. It's ace, and only narrowly lost to NSMBWii in our 2009 Game of the Year race. Please buy it, you'll enjoy it, I promise!

PS3 is region free, right? Looks like I'll be importing this.

@WolfRamHeart Those aren't the best quality screenshots admittedly, they came out a little blurry, but I believe Natsume is pushing more shots out soon.
