Hmmm am I the only one that didnt3notice the sexualisation btw? I saw a treadmill bit with some sport shorts but that's all I noticed personally. I guess I'm losing interest as I get older/more neutral to the universe.
"Japan has bought out most of the United States with its strong economic power. A surge of immigration has firmly planted Japanese culture within the American continent. Two cultures are rapidly amalgamated, although conflicts are inevitable, citizens gradually adapt to a life never imagined as time goes by.”
So this timeline then? Lol I needed a laugh, though and this bizarre game trailer provided. I'm game!
Only 2 months were truly "crap" for me as a ps4/psvr user. Those being July and October where I added nothing (Actually I did add Plague Tale for a later date). I have to also mention Battlefield V's month as being crap because currently Battlefield V is missing from my library for some reason, other than that I always added at least one game and will play them at some point. I think it was a pretty great year and we have a great start to the new one.
@Dobbos Will add to @Zupertramp comment. Thumper (was free during global lock down), Carly and the Reaperman, Ghost Giant, Deemo Reborn, Castlestorm, Curious Tale of Pets, Down the Rabbit Hole. These are all non first person titles, couple diff genres in there, too.
I read it all... All of it, I tell you! I am a slave to the text. I try to do it for lore building and then in Far Cry 5 you end up getting notes from people you meet, but by the time I met them I forgot what on earth their particular note said, due to all the other ones I read. Lol I remember a weird note called "Clown Thoughts" in FC5 as well, which seemed to fantasize about abusing children. I mean, potentially just a terrible dark horror thing to suit the area it was in (haunted house) or a real fetish of that particular writer. Let's hope it's the former. So, ya know it's not always fun in games. I remember doing the same in Oblivion; after buying my first property I collected every book I could find and lined them up neatly on my shelves after reading through them. Then I collected various cool items and also dotted them around for decoration. However, many times I would re enter to find some items had fallen off or popped out of the glass case or something and being eally annoyed about it. I have still never completed the game. XD
@BeerIsAwesome I've been voting in most rounds. Was a bit of a shame Greedfall went out at 20, I thought. Currently voting A Plague Tale but that's mostly cause I've only seen videos of it as no ps5 lol
@RubyCarbuncle You ever wondered if expecting to get sick (because of the WipeOut experience) actually tricks you into feeling a bit sick? Obviously it's probably not only that, but it can definitely make it worse if you don't reign in your expectation of it sometimes.
@fR_eeBritney I had a lot of fun with it, personally. Even more so when me and my friend had a drink and took it in turns and he doesn't usually like playing games when we meet up. It's all the intricacies of the way you can pass and charge the ball and the various ball types. If you can keep your focus and practice a lot you can improve vastly and be a completely different league to those who first start.
@playstation1995 I bet every game looks better on a 4k hdr tv tbf haha I only have a 32 inch 1080p Samsung, but the game mode is useful for better refresh rates, still. Mass Effect's door locks were basically impossible to do before I used it. Lol Will do, man. Happy 2022, word up.
@nessisonett Have you forgotten the old games and their idea of locking safes by the rooms feng shui? Put a jug here and move the sofa 3 meters to the left if you want to exit the mansion. Who would ever do this? Lol
@playstation1995 I have been meaning to get it, I wanted it since the ps3 but just never got it lol I actually have Ni No Kuni 2 and all the dlc, though, for some reason haha
Been playing Dawn of War Dark Crusade, going to install the awesome Unification mod for Soulstorm tomorrow maybe and play that, too. Was playing Fall Guys quite a bit before NYE, too. Also some Battlefront 2.
Great to see so much Legend of Dragoon support! Stumbled on that one when I was about 12 and my mum got given a box of ps1 games to sell by a friend at her car boot. I picked out Legend of Dragoon as I loved FF7 and managed to complete it finally about a year earlier. Was fantastic, little bit different vibe and almost a more interesting (basically one extra timed button lol) combat system for a jrpg. I, too, hope that it will get a remake.
@Gloamin Cool! Thanks for the info. I actually used to play Left 4 Dead years back and haven't played any of the games that took that genre yet, not even Left 4 Dead 2 for some reason lol
Sounds like a good game, though, so I'll go for this one instead of Deathwing.
@Jeevz It was Cup Head. I started playing this game properly as the Jack stuff came in, but never spent anything I earned during my short sessions over time luckily lol
@Gloamin Never tried this one as it seemed very wave based and staying in 1 or 2 areas, like CoD's Zombie mode. Is that true or is it more open and big like Eternal Crusade tried to be? Also, if you have played SH: Deathwing, which do you think is better?
@Perturbator I think what made Thumper easy, though, is it's like Moss and Astro in that you're watching the avatar and not in 1st person. I did a level a day and damn was that last one hard... Haven't yet done RE 7 but looking forward to it!
@Perturbator Personally this worked for me Thumper, Moss and Astro Bot first, then Paper Beast with teleporters, then I platinumed a game called Contagion VR with click turning and then moved on to free turning in L.A. Noire. I played stuff like No More Heroes in between but don't think I needed to, was quite used to it. Also tried Rigs and Squadrons in between but I'm still reluctant to try them again as they are too intense.
@Palleon Not at all, it talks of the current tech and compares it with rumours of the next gen. Included in this article are common complaints and so it is actually relevant to mention Motion sickness as it is definitely a common complaint of current gen.
@Max_the_German Nintendo are definitely now the kings of local multiplayer gaming (as well as mobile), but all other platforms have pretty much ditched it and PC never really had it, so other than having MMOs (which there is one coming by name of Zenith to current PSVR) it doesn't need to do it, gaming survives with single player and online. There will always be a market for co-op sofa gaming but it isn't necessary to offer.
@fR_eeBritney I upgraded to a ps4 pro specifically for PSVR and it made most games a lot nicer to look at. Also on the mk 2 headset it's just one wire (which splits into 2 inputs) connecting to the box, so it's also not too bad. My issue seems to be my body heat... Maybe I have something wrong with me but I have to wait a while to use the head set otherwise it steams up constantly.
Technically I haven't played any of those but I smashed through the original Mass Effect trilogy (and all DLC available on ps3) just prior to the announcement of Legendary Edition and it was really cool. Also I played Nier a number of times on ps3. The closest to these I experienced was FFVII Remake so had to vote for that but really, that was last year. I'll probably get round to Nier and ME LE in the next year or so lol
I 100% Fe on my Switch a couple years back. Great game... Unravel also got completed. A Way Out I'm waiting to play 2 player when my mate has time. Knockout City was a blast as well and I planning on getting It Takes Two at some point. Didn't even pay attention that they were all under a specific division of EA tbh. What others can anyone recommend?
@TheDudeElDuderino Haha, no you're right, dude. Next game I plan on getting is the new Saints as I want to play something not to serious and I completed the Third 3 times. Best to just get 1 game I'm going to enjoy and feel like doing. I definitely enjoyed FF7 remake, too btw. Will try for 100% one day but settled for game completion for now.
@RevGaming The feeling of love doesn't. It's just the fake version sold to us by Hollywood and exasperated by all the world's traumas and inequalities that does.
@JohnKarnes 12? Damn. I just dug out a bunch of 3ds, Ds and Wii games I never touched. Added them to the pile of 110 ish ps4 games I haven't played yet. I haven't bought a game since October as I realise it's getting a bit silly.
Well they had this info in one of the trailers, but the trademark is a nice touch. I'm sure they'd like to buy Trejo and have him exclusively appear in Ubisoft games and events, but I think maybe they should stick with a regular contract and not a trademark.
@Juanalf This should be fairly obvious. Before the whole OnlyFans narcissist era came to be, there were a high percentage of deaths of porn stars that had psychological issues.

The first one is being given away free on PC via Amazon Prime gaming, so that adds some credibility.

@themightyant As long as you're not tickling Gollum's ring. Gimli is a much more suitable bachelor.

Saw an ad for this on YT recently where the editor seemed to forget there were zombies in the game. It only had human combat lol Looks decent, though.
