I don’t care about the casting, but I do care that it will “deviate significantly from its source material.” Is there no way we can get an accurate live action adaptation of the games? Weren’t the Paul S. Anderson films bad enough? I’ve pretty much lost all hope in this series already. I guess I can hope the new movie series gives us an accurate adaptation, but I’m not holding my breath. It would sure as heck make me more open minded to these projects that insist on having their own spin.

This is definitely one I’ll be keeping an eye on! I love the Super Robot Wars and Front Mission franchises, and I’m very interested to see another turn-based mech game coming out!

Why in the world can’t Sega include Knuckles Chaotix in just one of these collections? I’m not under the impression it’s some kind of all-time classic, but I never owned a 32X, so it would be nice to play it at least once.

Virtua Fighter is enough to make this a win for me, if it’s true.

@Rob_230 It wouldn’t surprise me a bit, but honestly, I’ve never understood that strategy. I’d rather have product available that people could actually buy.

Having him in the game is perfectly fine. But he’s rated higher now than he was the last time he actually played!

I don’t necessarily have a problem with the ads themselves, but the implementation of them after reviews had mostly been written is very scummy.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Sunset Overdrive get a PS4 port. This is the first gen I didn’t buy an Xbox, and it’s one of the few games that tempted me to get one. As far as Microsoft having the rights to publish the game, it wouldn’t surprise me if they were willing to work out a deal with Sony. It would be more money for MS for basically no work.

17/20. Better than I thought I would do!

I’ve wanted a good G.I. Joe game for ages now (the first one on the NES is surprisingly decent), so I’m really hoping for the best here.

I’ll probably check out this show, but I really hope it leads to a new Splinter Cell game. Not betting on it, though.

This is great news! I’ve actually been waiting on the Switch physical version to be released but will wait to see if there will be a physical PS4 copy.

I had it preordered and got to play it for a bit tonight. Really enjoying it! I have a busy Saturday, but I know what my Sunday will consist of! 😁

I don’t mind the idea of the modern day sections, but I don’t feel they have been executed very well. Maybe this will be the exception, but history says otherwise. Definitely makes me less excited for this game now, but I’m hoping to be pleasantly surprised.

I have both those remasters on the Switch, but I’m excited to see them come to the PS4 as well! Turok 3 is my favorite, and I’d love to see a remaster of that one even though it’s highly unlikely due to the lack of a PC version. I would be down for a Turok Evolution remaster, too!

I struggled with this one and only got 7/15. I haven’t played many of those games.

Dino Crisis needs a remake far more than Resident Evil 4.

I really loved this game, so I’ll definitely give the remaster a go. Re-Reckoning is a dumb name, though. 😂

Resident Evil is one of my favorite series, and I have loved all the remakes so far (even RE3). That said, I’m disappointed Capcom is remaking RE4. That game is perfectly fine as is. Either Dino Crisis or Code Veronica would benefit more from a remake.

Don’t let Kotaku hear about this. They’ll have to write an article about how it’s too easy. 😂

No, I’d much rather have a Code Veronica remake. Resident Evil 4 is perfectly fine the way it is.

@FullbringIchigo It’s only a “double standard” if you can prove the same people laughing about Call of Duty are the ones complaining about this. And for the record, I think both are garbage practices.

This sounds pretty cool! I steer clear of most of these anime arena brawlers, but I might just give this one a shot!

Stories like this make me wonder why people are so eager to give up their ability to actually own a game for the sake of “convenience.” In the end, it’s really only convenient for the companies selling them, not the consumer. Physical releases aren’t perfect either (nothing is, after all), but I’d rather take my chances with those.

I’m actually happy with both of those, although I do wish we were getting more than two.

I’d probably give this a shot if it gets a PS4 version.

ActRaiser was fantastic! I still own the SNES version. The sequel was disappointing, but I’m cautiously optimistic for this.
