@themcnoisy
Didn't you have a Rogue Legacy avatar ages ago? Or did I just imagine that? I remember fighting those super bosses, what a challenge they were.
@Enuo
I'd be over the moon if they announced a Vita version but probably best not to get our hopes up on that one!
@Kafkaesque Ok. People are arrested for hate crimes online frequently, plenty of high profile cases are reported on in the media. It's easy to check that information if you're not aware but it happens all the time, that's just fact. I'm not interested in disputing well documented facts, waste of time quite honestly. But you believe whatever makes you happy, have a nice day.
@Shepherd_Tallon
I hope so, always wanted to see ND do a science fiction game in space. Would be interesting to see.
@oldschool1987
I suspect you might feel differently if you were continually the victim of hate crime, threats to family, etc. Words can cause significant harm.
It is really impressive, I was playing this last night. Accidentally pulled a power cable back over a fence by running through it and dragging it with me.
But the best part was I was riding towards an outstretched cable which I had previously thrown. Instead of the character being hit across the neck by the cable due to its height, the character automatically ducked to avoid it, as I rode under it, fantastic AI.
@LN78 I got charged twice for an item, a friend of mine was charged three times for an order. I had to contact my bank in the end to get it refunded. A quick Google shows they do have previous for doing this. Something to watch out for.
@nookie_egg Glad to hear they didn't mess you about like some of the people I know. To be fair, if they messed every customer about, I doubt they'd be in business for very long.
I would advise caution in trusting shopto, occasionally they make mistakes like any business but when they do, their customer service is very poor. Don't expect them to look after you.
Brilliant that they give you the choice. Really depends on exactly what the options are as to which I'd choose. But a higher frame rate makes sense I suppose when doing a lot of pvp battles.
@RogerRoger As fun as Spiderman is, I'd rather not play through the whole story again to get to the new content. But I'm guessing they'll give players the choice to skip to the new bits.
@get2sammyb
Just received an email from the Housemarque CEO, mentions PlayStation, facing new challenges and taking on vastly different genres.
Not had an email from them in ages, so interesting timing?
I think the Konami - Kojima bridge is well and truly burned, but hey, stranger things have happened! Would be nice to see a MGS remake, assuming they stick with the original story and voice actors.
@ApostateMage
I did prefer the characters and narrative for P4 Golden overall. P5 has made some obvious improvements for the fighting system, I think.
But story is king for this sort of game so I agree with you. Would definitely be tempted to replay it.
Needs Jim Ross (WWF) commentary every time there's a foul and someone hits the grass. "OMG, he killed him!!" "AS GOD AS MY WITNESS, HE IS BROKEN IN HALF!"
How well does the game lend itself to those who are spectating? I often play these big story focused games with my wife. But sometimes it's just endless combat for some games between occasional cut scenes which really isn't ideal.
@get2sammyb Looks pretty amazing. I don't uppose Ellie can pick up that Vita and start playing on it? If you don't answer, I'm definitely going to assume that's top secret info and she can, lol.
I wonder if Sony will ever give trophy support to some of these classics like their patent suggested. I like that you mentioned Vandal Hearts, always been one of my favourites, I still have the disc. Has a great story.
@LiamCroft Make sure to play the expansions, matey, they are absolutely brilliant. So many get distracted and don't come back to play them but they're better than most full games, the story telling is truly excellent.
@RogerRoger Nice write up, thanks. I used to be quite into Star Wars, (read a few of the novels, there are some really fun ones) but got SW fatigue when they churned out film after film and the reactions that came with them. I'll definitely try to give this a go. The first game as bare bones as it was, was quite entertaining.
@Futureshark Interesting to know thanks, I might be tempted to give it a go. I think it will always be known as the game that made much of the world say enough is enough on microtransactions.
@themcnoisy Yes, definitely more popular. I think you're right, they seem to compliment each other pretty well by catering to such different audiences. Maybe we'll get something even better though for the other game.
It's all subjective, I suspect it will be a more popular choice than Farming Simulator was. Unusual that they've only revealed one game, I guess they're still deciding on the other one.
Crimes and Punishments was really good fun so fingers crossed, hoping this will be as well. I gave TDD a pass, let's hope that wasn't a sign of things to come.

Re: Round Up: New Cyberpunk 2077 Hands On Previews Are Very Positive
Exciting, glad to see so much positivity from the previews. One hell of a year for games with both this and TLOU2 to enjoy.

Re: Rogue Legacy 2 Brings the Addictive Roguelite Back in New Trailer
Looks awesome, great trailer, looking forward to playing it on Playstation whenever that is.
Re: Sea of Stars, a Turn-Based RPG from The Messenger Dev, Gets a New Trailer
I'm sure it will be a great game but 2022? Maybe we'll have a Vita 2 by then to play it on. I can dream.

Re: Age Rating and Box Art Leak Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time
Will be interesting to see how it measures up against the original Naughty Dog games.
Re: PS5 Game Scarlet Nexus Debuts Short Slice of Gameplay
First thing I thought when watching this was Devil May Cry 5, looks decent.
Re: PS5 Pre-Order Placeholders Live at Popular UK Retailer
@Horizon_Rover
Not sure what that has to do with me being charged twice but ok.
Re: You Can Play the Entirety of Star Wars: Squadrons with PSVR
@carlos82
I forgot about that, hopefully it's more of the same.

Re: Oddworld: Soulstorm Brings Abe to Both PS5 and PS4
Looks really fun, great to Abe is still getting games after all this time. Now I'm determined to play New n Tasty before this comes out.
Re: Warner Bros' Gaming Division Appears to Be Up for Sale
Hmm, 4 billion.. looks good but I think I'll wait on a discount.
Re: We're Just Getting Started with PS5 Software, Says Sony
@pip_muzz
Yes, I'm chuffed to read that it's in a similar vein to Lost Legacy, excellent news.
Re: Correction: Spider-Man Miles Morales Is a Brand New, Standalone PS5 Game Similar to Uncharted Lost Legacy
Excellent news, this makes a lot more sense.
Re: Gallery: Demon's Souls Comparison Screenshots Show Epic PS5 Upgrade
Really drives home just how incredible this remake is, very impressive. Absolute must buy.

Re: Rumour: Resogun Dev Housemarque Targeting PS5 Launch
Fingers crossed, I do love the Housemarque games. Resogun was PS4's best launch game so maybe they can pull it off with PS5 as well.

Re: Mini Review: Project Warlock - A Slick Homage to the Retro FPS
Fun looking graphics, always been a big fan of Doom so this one does look interesting.
Re: The Last of Us 2 Director Unsure of What's Next for Naughty Dog
Definitely time for something new for their next major project, I think.
Re: Mini Review: 1971 Project Helios - A Tactical Title with an Interesting World
Sounds decent, nice review, might have to pick it up at some point. Always loved a decent turned based isometric game.
Re: FIFA Crowd Noise Will Be Used for Premier League Football Once It Returns

Re: How Well Do You Know Final Fantasy VII?
I only managed 13, tough quiz!
Re: Sounds Like Bloodborne Will Release on PC
I'd get a remaster, love Bloodborne, easily one of my favourites.
Re: Resident Evil 4 Director Comments on Rumoured PS5 Remake
It's a long game, might be expensive for them to remake.
"Not enough cash... stranger."

Re: Can You Name These PS1 Games?
@AdamNovice
Obscure!? No way, man! Ok, the chicken game definitely was, lol. Never seen that one before.
Re: Can You Name These PS1 Games?
@sciteach
My friend got Silent Bomber and asked me to play it co-op with him as I recall. I don't recall finishing it either but it was fun.

@sawaoyamanaka
Yeah, I had a lucky guess on that one.
Re: Can You Name These PS1 Games?
Oh man, this quiz brought back some memories, I love it! Managed to score 11, not bad!! A few tricky ones in there.
Anyone wishing for another quiz, your wish has been granted:

Not as good as this one though of course, PS1 had some brilliant games, feeling all nostalgic now..
Re: Death Stranding Was a Sales Success, Recent Kojima Project 'Fell Through'
Glad to know it did ok, I'm looking forward to playing it eventually.
Re: The Last of Us 2 Tracking Better Than Spider-Man PS4 Pre-Orders in Europe
@Octane
Worst of all time, mate. Future, past and present across the multiverse. Still have my pre-order though, just a bit curious to check it out.

Re: The Last of Us 2 Has Everyone Talking About PS Vita
I was playing my Vita last night, it's brilliant. Excellent choice of game there, Hotline Miami was a perfect fit for the Vita.
I'm guessing the scene was meant as a bit of dark humour as HM was all about going on crazy unstoppable killing sprees against evil gangs.
Re: Rumour: Second June 2020 PS Plus PS4 Game Leaked Early
@Futureshark
Interesting to know thanks, I might be tempted to give it a go. I think it will always be known as the game that made much of the world say enough is enough on microtransactions.

Yes, definitely more popular. I think you're right, they seem to compliment each other pretty well by catering to such different audiences. Maybe we'll get something even better though for the other game.
Re: June 2020 PS Plus Game Is Available to Download Now on PS4
Well, this site gave City: Skylines 8/10 and Call of Duty WW2 7/10, so I'm not sure if huge improvement would be the term I'd use.
Re: PS Plus June 2020 PS4 Game Announced

Crimes and Punishments was really good fun so fingers crossed, hoping this will be as well. I gave TDD a pass, let's hope that wasn't a sign of things to come.
Re: Talking Point: What Free June 2020 PS Plus Games Do You Want?
At least one cross play title so I've got one ps+ game I can play on my Vita. You never know.
