I must say, I really appreciated Sammy's foreword stating that he isn't "suggesting that new consoles should take priority over the health of human beings". That was a nice touch.
Enter the Gungeon is one of my favourite games too. Absolutely loved it! I must admit that I'm a bit worried to read that the sequel is a side-scroller, but I guess I'll reserve judgement until I play it.
@Bliquid I have to disagree. Reviews can only ever hope to be subjective, as perfection is unachievable. Why not treat a score as subjective? 10 is a very personal masterpiece - not a perfect game. A game that, at the time, you have adored. Morrowind is likely my favourite game of all time. It was a deeply enjoyable experience for me. I'd give it a 10. Is it perfect? Far from it. No game is perfect, but it is still a masterpiece in my eyes. A 10 is given when a game has been so affecting that you simply can't think of a valid reason to remove a star.
Death Stranding should be in the number one spot. Surely it pushes the technical capabilities of the PS4 to near its limits. While God of War is a stunning game, I don't think it visually compares.
@Wesker Are we both talking about Most Wanted (2005) on PS2? It's probably my favourite racing game of all time, and I don't think I'm the only one who would say that. If the PS4 games are much better, like you say, then they must be masterpieces.
Like I said in another thread, I haven't played a NFS game since Most Wanted, but I know that there has been a massive fall from grace since. This might be the one to bring me back.
I haven't played a Need for Speed since 2005's Most Wanted, but it still remains my favourite driving game of all time, alongside Burnout 3. I know that that this gen's NFS games have a pretty poor reputation, but I'm hoping this one could be the comeback that pulls me back in. Some aspects seem pretty similar to Most Wanted at least, which is cool. Still, though... hard to put faith in EA.
@RawnDawn I'm not convinced that it is. Like someone said earlier, the joke misses because there are 10 in the box, rather than 8 and 2 missing. I think it's a mistake, but really not a massive deal. Some users are entirely missing the potential joke though.
I have put roughly 40 hours into Judgment and love it. I've been meaning to get into the main series, but I'm worried that the other games are just Judgment with a different story. I'm not sure if I could play through 6 games with the same map and similar minigames. Could anyone tell me if my worry is unfounded?
I honestly can't believe that people are either making excuses for, or defending, Sony here. I have no interest whatsoever in most of the games that will be affected by this policy, but censorship of any kind is a dangerous and slippery road to take.
@Rob_230 Cool, thanks for letting me know man. I think it can wait then, whereas God of War (£19.99), Persona 5 (£19.99) and Detroit (£13.99) can't. Do you have any idea about Nier: Automata? It's sitting at £15.99 in sales now, and I was considering it too.
@MistressTonberry @get2sammyb Yeah, I thought the PSN store was probably the best way. Thanks for your help. A wishlist really is a completely baffling omission - like the article states. I've been keeping tabs of titles I'd like to purchase in a Notepad file... haha
@MistressTonberry Thank you so much for the detailed information. That'll be really handy in buying physical copies, especially as I'm from the UK too. Regarding digital games, is there any way to buy cheaper copies than on the PSN store? I know that Humble Bundle sometimes does have PS4 bundles, and of course those end up being way cheaper. I'm very new to the PS4, but for example, I'm currently looking to buy Inside and Hyper Light Drifter, and they are really cheap on PSN at the minute, but I was wondering if I could get digital games even cheaper now and in the future, or if I could even get cheap physical copies of indies - which of course you've given me some helpful links towards.

"How would you rate Sony's PS5 reveal livestream?". But this wasn't a reveal livestream...

Re: Yakuza: Like a Dragon Ships Over 400,000 Units
@Flaming_Kaiser @Matroska It's the first game in the series to have completely turn-based combat.
Re: Yakuza: Like a Dragon Ships Over 400,000 Units
Judgment was without a doubt my favourite game of 2019. Very excited to play Yakuza 7, even though I've never played a main series game before.
Re: Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot - Gaming's Best Adaptation of the Dragon Ball Z Story Falls Short in Overall Quality
If I've always wished I'd gotten into the Dragon Ball manga and anime when I was younger, would this be a good place to start?

Re: Poll: One Week Later, What Review Score Would You Give Death Stranding?
I love that users are legitimately rating this spectacularly polished game 1 out of 10. How did Kojima-san hurt these people, I wonder?

Burnout 3 and NFS: Most Wanted (2005) are the greatest driving games of all time. I'm all for a revival!

Does the world want an Okami sequel. Hmm. Does the Pope s**t in the woods?!

I'd like to see Hammock return to do the soundtrack. They'd be perfect for the setting.

Juggling between Wolfenstein: The New Colossus and Hyper Light Drifter. Loving both so far!

Is there a digital sale on the network store too? I've only had my PS4 for a month so I'm not sure.

@MistressTonberry Which small game-selling sites do you mean? There are ones where I can get cheaper indie titles than on the store?
