@Bad-MuthaAdebisi My son actually gets really distressed at all the water charity adverts that they show on children's TV because it talks about children dying.
This is a tough topic seems as I have a little one myself, but I don't have a problem with the school stepping in, in extreme cases. My seven year old has only just been allowed to see Dynasty Warriors level of violence yet I've seen eight year olds playing GTA Vice City in public, with their parents consent. You could argue about what is alright for children to play or not till the cows come home, but some stuff is clearly not ok yet the parents let them.
@teknium_ Sadly no. =( Premium is only about £2 odd if I remember correctly from when I had to pay for a Tales of stream. If you want to see footage and a bunch of girls doing questionable mini games for about 40 minutes then I would pay.
@get2sammyb I'm not even slightly surprised that you were a part of a band.
In regards to Life is Strange, I don't know if I should buy in or not as there is a love/hate relationship going on. I may end up really liking it though.
@SteveButler2210 I've had friends say "I'll finish it in two weeks" and end up watching it in two days. When the plot gets going, it is highly addictive. I am looking forward into seeing the "side character"'s stories better.
Final Fantasy X-2 had a completely different feel because it was just girls together. There is things you can only achieve narratively with one gender. All you have to do is look at your own daily lives and think about how you act differently around different people.
The fanservice is a bonus. As was said, there are plenty of JRPGs running around with full female casts so having a full male cast is a breath of fresh air.
@ElkinFencer10 Oddly enough for Japan, it is being seen as next gen for their niche titles because they are only just making the switch. They always seem to lag behind by about a year. In the west however, we are happily burrowed in current gen.
@belmont xD Well I obviously cannot reveal any spoilers, but the world starting to dry up is pretty grim. Things like water are near impossible to find, monsters barely drop anything because they are skin and bones and fresh resources -normally your bread and butter- are rare as hell. So yeah, if they don't address it, the world is pretty much screwed. You are correct that Shallie is the final release is the Dusk trilogy so this is the end for our beloved characters. ;_; As for grand returns, many of the characters make a return, if not brought up in person, are mentioned a lot. Such characters returning/being mentioned include Wilbell, Linca, Reyfer, Escha, Solle, Harry, Katla, Heathcliff, Ordelia, Logy and Ayesha.
@SteveButler2210 The Dusk trilogy isn't related to the Arland trilogy in any way. Its part of the beauty of the franchise, that you don't miss anything by not playing a complete backlog of games.
@ShogunRok From what I have read, it has something to do with the lighting and how the brain processes colours. Apparently, some people will see it as one colour and others another and thus the great social media war begun.
@turtlelink I might take this on as a pet project =) It might take a long time to truly dig up some of the weirdest stuff to hit an Sony console in it's lifetime.
I've played Breath of Fire IV once but have never dared too again. I loved it so much I would get up at 5am before school to play it just to squeeze those extra few hours in. Sadly during the two weeks it took to complete it, both my cat and grandfather passed away. I'm not one to be superstitious, but I'm sure the game is cursed to me. But Robert is alive and well so hopefully everyone else will play safe playing too.
I couldn't see Sony getting rid of that sexy light bar even on a slim version.
Edit: Also if they were really legit, there would have a lot more e-mails in their inbox than 2-3 a day. Work accounts are never that quiet by 12AM on a Monday.
I remember getting Fahrenheit day 1 after going in to buy another new title and leaving with that instead on recommendation. Ended up being my 2nd favourite Xbox game. It also teaches valuable life lessons to a 16 year old, like don't drink and take drugs (paracetamol) at the same time; most memorable game death ever.
