i think you might be a confused, its playstation fans and the xbox converts that now play on the playstation. these xbox converts have a lot of anger stuck inside, since the had to eat their own fanboy-ism and leave xbox. its these xbox converts that goes around a screeching about low textures etc and not the playstation fans.

as long i can play offline and dont need the cloud, i will be good. dont need any of this future online bs... by the way why dont you sony make online mp free like it was on the ps3??.. that would be a very good feature that many of us want back, so we dont need to get the psplus if we dont want it. and i am sure it will make more people pick up the ps5 instead of a xbox and nintendo, since you gotta pay to play online on them consoles.

its good to hear all games will come complete on disc and no download patches for 5 hours before we can play.

if you think the digitally future is going to be cheaper than physical media we have now, then you are blind. because its not gonna happen, digital is gonna be more expensive, that is the way it goes. so be thankful for the cheaper physical media and support it. when the digitally future happen for full, there is no way back.

@Bagshot i dunno why people skipped the multiplayer, everyone hate on call of duty for being the same every year. and here you have titanfall2 that change up things and bring you something new. online mp big mechs fights, its fun and a new experience. you should give it a try.

titanfall2 is a great game, and one of best ea games this gen. but i have already played it.

@BAMozzy lets hope for an improvement in 2020. at the moment its only lg that offer hdmi2.1. so im interested in seeing what samsung can do next year. this year you only have samsung q90 and lg 9c that is best for gaming, the rest of the tvs on offer is a joke(like this on here in the news article with 30ms). but with that said, i dont feel samsung q90 or lg 9c is quiet there yet. so its better to sit on the fence and save the money at the moment.

@MrSec84 to get that big leap you also need a tv that have hdmi 2.1(13ms or lower), 4k 120hz, variable refresh rate (vrr) etc to get the fullest and best gaming experience out of the ps5.

@BAMozzy its only one problem with the oled lg 9c and that is burn ins, specially if you are gonna use it for gaming. so better wait for the new tvs of 2020.

@wiiware yes the oled lg 9c is very nice, but you have the risk of burn ins. i was gonna buy it but decided to wait for the new tvs of 2020 instead. by then 13ms(and less), hdmi 2.1, 4k 120hz, g-sync etc will be common and hopefully burn ins will not be a problem anymore.

if you absolutely must buy a tv now the samsung qled q90 with 14ms hdmi 2.0b is the one to pick and you will not have the burn in problem. but i recommend to wait for 2020 instead, that is the year of hdmi 2.1.

@Constable_What here is a tip, domination/headquarters is the best online mp game mode at the moment, and for god sake turn off crossplay on the ps4, it just make everything worse.

this must be the worst black friday sales sony have done in eu for years.

last year it was about $33 and i did top-up, so im sorted until 2025. its not gonna get cheaper next year, the psplus price is gonna go up, so you are better off to just top-up and be done with it for a few years.

i just hope we can get back to how psplus was on the ps3 one day, optional and not online gameplay behind a paywall.

@Quintumply to be fair sony should have never put lbp3 in the hands of sumo that destroyed the whole lbp game franchise. because mm wanted to do this dream crap.

This means Sony can now reduce the cost of PS5 at retail and sell at an comfortable cost for the Players. Then get the Players to buy these dular storage expansions later, and of course these proprietary cartridges will cost a bomb. Sony will not sell at loss, and the Players will pay them their initial asking price that they could not set at retail because it would not sell at $700. This is a very smart business move, to trick people that dont know better and get people that cant afford it to buy now. But they dont fool me with their snake oil sales man tactics, i have been following this gaming industry for over 10 years now.

i smell a turkey, i expect its gonna be unfinished and broken game at release (like the hd version of the two first games that they couldnt even get done proper before release)... anyway i looked at the unboxing of shenmue3 this morning and it was just a barebone release. as well known shenmue is and as much they have hyped this i expected a bit of effort to be put into the package. but you dont even get a back cover art, stickers or any extra dlc. take a look at 'fist of the north star lost paradise' and 'judgement', new japanes games people barley know about and was not gonna be big sellers. but they both had the little extra, like back cover art, stickers, dlc etc with the first release.

what i have seen of shenmue3 so far, its like the developers are still stuck in their ways of making games like they did on the ps2 and ps3 in 2008 and have never improved them self. so expect clunky controls, graphics from 2009, noninnovative game mechanics and a broken unfinished game.

just drop the ps4 and go for the ps5, at this stage it makes the most sense.
