@Gremio108 PS5 and PS4 games will be back compatible. If they are not it means sony went out of their way do make it that way. ps4 and ps3 are different so back compatibility is not easy. but going forward back compatibility should be as simple as having nothing to do.

This is really a shame, people that bought the game early are actually the ones getting screwed.

What piss me off is that I preordered the game because I love Final fantasy but all I got was an early draft.

@playstation1995 while 2021 is a possibility. I think 2020 is more likely. Technical difference between PC and console will be at a point where.
Right now for the same price you get a GeForce GTX 1060 or a PS4
while ps4 pro/ xbox x you get a GeForce GTX 1070.

From this we see that for the regular version now you are better of buying PC GPU.
The pro version is on par.

which means that next year the pro version will satrt being beaten by PC. But not enough to make people complain.

By the second year the difference will be such that people would start complaining about difference between PC and console (2019) which means sony could announce the PS5 to tell them we know and have the solution.
That gives us 2020 for PS5.

@Salt_AU Its about the rule lately. You have to choose between stunning graphics and incredible content depth.
This Gran Turismo lack content compare to previous one but is really impressive graphically.
This game lack story progression that you had in previous one. Pass license get enough money to buy cheap car. get access to some race upgrade car, get access to new race, buy new cars etc.

I like the game and will most likely play it for a long time but like you said, once the campaign mode will be done. I will likely play a lot less often.
PS: the split screen is much appreciated.

definitely not worth it on the long run. Just take the 50 bucks and leave.

@OneArmedGiant can't agree more here. I have played FF 8-10-12 and love them (My preference goes to 8). But FF15 was just a beautiful game. and has very little of a real final fantasy story like 7-8 10 or 12

@Tingle_The_Great The whole FF15 is a misfire. I love FF (replaying ff12 right now and close to platinium) the only thing that this FF has is gorgeous graphics.

@Constable_What You got unlucky. I played for 3 hours without any problems and did the story crucible and strike

@ShogunRok While I never really liked the crucible. I really enjoyed the countdown in the beta. Brought me back memories of CS

@Mr_Alejo Hate me too then. FF8 to me is the best of the best. I am a little biased though since I started playing FF with the 8.

I cant say the same for FFXV.

I think it is time for FF to go back to the source.
Make a story that is memorable. Turn by turn or real time combat like FFXV dont matter to me much.

I just want good story like FF7 / FF8 / FF10 and FF12.

Giving us pictures is fine. A release date is better. I have this game pre ordered since May 29, 2016

@Deadstanley It wasn't bad but it wasn't a great NFS also.
NFS underground is the NFS Goat and they should take it as baseline. cars back then could be customized to infinity and we had the drag racing (god I miss those). I mean customizing your car is half of the fun in an NFS game so just give us more freedom to do so and bring back the neon lights

What they should do is make a remake of NFS underground.

Do you mean refund after playing the game ? What is the rule at steam for that ? because I would it to be possible but it is kind understandable to not refund a game that you played. Or they could create something like you install the game and are allowed to play for like 30 mins after which they actually ask you to confirm that you really want the game or can be reimbursed and the game is automatically uninstalled

@wiiware They already do refund games. under the following conditions. Game was not installed and purchase was made in the previous 14 days.

It took a couple days though so I guess they could improve the process and allow us to actually get the refund directly fro the console without having to contact the customer support.

@rjejr I can understand that. I do think there is a middle to find between the turn by turn and real time fight (and I think FFXII was actually pretty good for that). Though the FFXV story is Ok, nothing really Earthshaking. But I have to admit I expected more. the FFXV story was like a chapter compare to previous FF. I do hope they are going to create stories like they used too. I am talking FF7-8 and 10 kind of stories.

@rjejr The turn by turn concept is really a matter of taste. I actually prefer turn by turn because it makes the fighting more interesting due to the need to make a strategy. But it makes the fights long and and kind of boring for farming. While in FF15 farming is actually more enjoyable but lets be honest for the big fights (if there is really one) it is kind of boring and more of a smashing buttons contest.

@HefHughner I understand, If the early access is done for a very few games I am all for it as it can help bring some new games to the PS4. But sony will have to be very selective in order to avoid any issue.

@Dodoo What you are saying makes sense. But it is also a shame to see that now you have to wait all that time for the game to be actually in a finished state. I kind of miss the times where you got what you bought. But I also like the fact that sometimes sh**t happens and then can fix it. But For me Thats only what it should be. Fixing issue not adding content to a game.

@HefHughner Did you see how well early access did on Steam. It is a nightmare where games are never finished.

This is a definite No. And we already kind of got Early access games lately (Driveclub, FFXV and some more) I rather wait (like GT sport) than having a game with bugs and not finished. I really miss the time when you bought a guy and that was it. I like that they have the ability to patch some critical bugs but that should be all. We pay $60+ for a game the least is that it comes in a finished state
