Have the original. Controls were frustrating. Assume this isn't a free update if you already have PS4 version?

Looking forward to improvements in haptic feedback. Hopefully sooner rather than later. My main annoyance is regular frame drops, especially when racing side by side through puddles but also others.

I'm another one wanting to know exactly what is patched - I'm holding off using rest mode, transferring saves, using LAN and putting my PS4 games on an external drive until I'm confident it won't cause issues. I am unlucky when it comes to hardware all too often!

I was a bit worried as our new kitten kitten has been jumping up and running around near the PS5 - with 2 stability updates already, I'm a bit more relaxed now.

@katamariUK - not "buttery smooth" for me either, trying the two main options (don't have 120fps available on my TV).

@Spoonman-2 - my game crashed a few nights ago and corrupted my save data too. Only problem I've had to date on PS5.

@AFCC - agree, love the feeling when you handbrake turn in WRC9!

I think I can hear a very faint and rapid tat-tat type noise when in certain menu's in game. Other than that, completely silent. Might just be fan?

Wasn't such a straight forward resolution when it happened to me and a 1000 pounds worth of PC equipment. Thought I had it resolved until they started chasing me to return the stuff I never received and threatening to charge my Credit Card directly if not received within 7 days! Took over 4 months to sort out in the end - a very painful experience.

I fired it up out of curiosity - lasted about 2mins before switching off. Admittedly, I didn't give it enough time but performance seemed poor. This was on launch day (UK).

Bought a 2080ti from Amazon once - got 2 cheap children's watches worth about 30 quid in total! Took a while to sort out... Thankfully my PS5 turned up at 10:30am this morning

To echo some others and references to Digital Foundary - I'm more optimistic. In the end I think they stated that they could find the 'ceiling' of what the Xbox Series X could achieve but not the PS5 - the latter either achieving locked 60fps or hamstrung by software, e.g. Ubisoft, software locked 30fps, etc.

Is the same happening in other countries where console release is also 19th November?

I remember hearing something about the 'Infallible' trophy potentially being easier to achieve in Season 2. Anyone heard more on that?

I already have a pre-order with another retailer but out of curiosity I tried Argos this morning about 15mins ago and could add console and accessories to basket and could proceed to checkout for delivery...

Any news on the free PS4 camera adapter so that it works with PS5. Haven't pre-ordered the PS5 HD Camera as there doesn't seem to be much reason to currently?

Think I will stick with extra controller and charging station only for accessories for now.

@Matroska Good point. Surprisingly, my PS4 works like that with my Panasonic TV. LIke you say, hopefully will continue with PS5

Anyone getting remote or camera? I was thinking about it but probably won't. Don't really want another TV controller as I have too many already and will probably wait until something important for VR turns up that will need it...

I had paid a penny to reserve at ShopTo. Check my pre-orders and I can confirm all the accessories that I reserved separately, about a month after I reserved the console but there is no option to confirm order for the console :-/

Only yesterday I was 3rd in the chase up Fall Mountain. The first two jumped for the crown at the same time and either collided or both forgot to grab, letting me in for an easy crown! This game can be equally annoying, rewarding, amusing and frustrating...

2500xp to go until I get level 40 but only 10 episode wins so far. Someone on my friends list managed to get the infallible trophy nearly two weeks ago!

I can also stick my kids on it and get some 'no stress' XP!

Anyone else still getting uneven sided fall ball games, etc? Since the patch this is still happening. Also the one where you roll the ball through the obstacles and down the slope. The former we were 4-0 up and lost 5-4! The latter, thankfully, I was in a larger team and we won comfortably.

@Mckilmer too true. I had a sensible bed time each night until this game came along!

This game can be so frustrating but also a lot of fun and very rewarding. Played about 10 'episodes' tonight. Made the final in all except one but came away without being victorious. Only 2 wins to my name so far after playing for an hour or 2 each evening since release (when servers allowed). The only level I really don't like is Hexagone - I've lost count of the number of times I've been 2nd or 3rd to last!

Loving this. Miraculously I managed to win outright on only my second go. Since then I've got close - i.e. jumping for the crown only to lose out by the slightest margin, but no more wins. Hasn't stopped me enjoying countless attempts to relive my initial glory and having a ton of fun on the way, with a certain amount of frustration at times!

All those PS5 pictures on the homepage got me excited that there had been an announcement today!

499 / 549 GBP has always been my guess. I almost solely play digital copies of games but good to have a media player for kids movies and alike. I currently have PS3 and PS4 in the lounge - would be good to de-clutter a bit!

Maybe you could do away with the shell altogether if you wanted?

No real mention of VR, which I found odd. Maybe waiting until more details around PSVR2 are ready?
