Man y’all are a tough crowd. I thought everything they showed looked great! But what the heck has happened to Little Devil Inside? There hasn’t been any news on it besides the leaked image of the July release date, so I was convinced it was gonna show up here.
I’ve been really itching for fun unique mp games and just so happened to be graced with three all in the same week. Ive had a blast switching between games in Chivalry 2 (beta), Super Bomberman R Online, and Knockout City. I’m also pushing my way through what I think is the last quarter of Yakuza like a dragon. I’m ready to see the story through at this point but I keep finding myself obligated to do all the side quests and mini games.
Don’t have a switch so I never got to play the Mario & sonic Olympics game. But if the rugby mini game is half as fun as it looked in that game then i will definitely be looking forward to this.
As a big Mortal Kombat fan, I thought it was fantastic. Watched it a second time yesterday and enjoyed it even more. I guess I can understand people whining about Cole but his powers were cool, and ultimately he was a means to an end to get Scorpion back from the Netherrealm without going down the Quan Chi rabbit hole. I just hope that he’s more of a player in the upcoming films as opposed to the main protagonist from here on out. All in all though it was a great starting point for the movie franchise.
Looking forward to reading this article, but the wife and I are almost done with the game and I’m scared of spoilers so I’ll wait till after. I will say we played the elephant part and it’s pretty brutal. My wife was a little horrified.
Slowly making my way through Control on the ps5 and really enjoying it. I also pulled out my 3DS for the first time in a long time and stumbled across 3D Streets of Rage 2. It’s so good on the handheld! The 3D depth it adds to the areas really bolster the experience.
I’d kill to be able to play gta 4 on my ps5. I don’t even really care about updated graphics or anything. I loved car chases in the game where flipping your nice car actually had consequences. Not the nonsense flips and spins you could make your car do in 5.
Was interested in playing this but didn’t know how I’d fit it in around March with Yazuka and Returnal coming our the same month. The delay will give me a little more breathing room to try and make some time for it.
I’m gonna have a stacked February and March with my most anticipated games in 2021 being Ys IX, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and Returnal. I’m also looking forward to the new Ratchet & Clank as I’m hoping it’s the best new showcase of the Dualsense capabilities.
I put over 60 hours into Crosscode so I guess I’ll vote for that, but big shout out to Worms Rumble. That game has been a blast! I also gotta show love to Inertial Drift. It’s a really cool and unique racing game that I’ve had a lot of fun with.
I was semi interested in this but never got around to it, so a ps5 version sounds great! Too bad it’s coming out so close to Returnal though. If it’s cheap enough I might go ahead and pick it up. I’m always interested in unique shooters.
I went from close to zero interest in Bugsnax after the first trailer, to really wanting to try the game out after the second. Gameplay looks pretty fun!
I’m thinking it’s gonna have some kart racing element based on the ps commercial where we first saw the mask. I just don’t see how you do a full blown kart racer and get much better than the original (or Nitro fueled). I’m hoping it’s some sort of hybrid like how tag team racing did. I think there is a way that the two genres could be blended into something fun and unique.
I was on the cusp of buying The Bioshock Collection this last week, while debating if I should wait for it to go on sale. Needless to say i'm very excited about this announcement! It's definitely gonna be the next single player game I'm going to dive in to now.
Never been a fan of dynasty warrior type games, but seeing gameplay of persona 5 scramble has me very excited. The game looks very well thought out. Outside of the list, i'm looking forward to Ys IX which i'd imagine will come out in 2020.
I’d say the story for the The Last of Us was my favorite, but no game in recent memory gave me as much fun as playing YS VIII. I couldn’t put that game down during the 70 hours I sunk into it.
I really enjoyed the slow gritty gameplay when it came out, but it was really hard to get a full server of players. I hope this mean more people are willing to give this a chance now.
I couldn't care less about graphics in a racing game if they gameplay is fun. I thought the trailer looked fine, and knowing slightly mad is working on it makes me more confident it will turn out as a fun racer.
It reminds me of when the Mx vs atv added the dual stick turning in their games. Haven’t played one of those games in a while so I’m not sure if that mechanic is still a thing.
I think this list is a good compilation, but i'm not sure if I would have trackmania so far down on the list. I'd be hard press to recommend 13 (minus the two VR) racing games over it. Hot seat is one of the most brilliant local multiplayer modes I have ever played in a video game, and you don't even need a second controller.
Very excited for Decay of Logos and Wreckfest tomorrow. I'm also very curious to see how well Ys IX is received, even though that wont come to the states until next year i'd imagine. The 2v2 in the CoD alpha over the weekend has sold on the new game. I still need to find time for Sekiro at some point.
This is awesome. I love football, but I’ve always been really bad at football sims so I don’t play them. That being said, NFL Street 2 is a game I spend countless hours playing as a kid, and it’s still one of my favorite video games to this day. It’s the first game I ever knew the release date for, and bought on day 1 after being such a fan of the original.
I never really have a whole lot of excitement for cod games apart from treyarch, but the 2v2 peaks my interest. I usually can only talk one of my friends in to playing with me at a time so this would be great for me.
Use to think I was pretty savvy in ctr until now. I'd even been practicing up on the original to get ready for nitro-fueled. But finally got to play this game for the first time last and got absolutely smoked racing online. Still had a blast playing though!

I’m pretty sure that new Rocket Arena game y’all just reviewed is cross platform.
Re: Best Hidden Gems and Overlooked Games on PS4
I try to recommend Ys VIII to all my friends and never have any takers. Probably a top 3 game of all time for me, and I never see it get any love.

Eh the smash bros style knockout kills seem interesting enough for me to give it a shot.
