@Jaz007 from what I understand the next year of destiny will be free and you get 2 free emotes right off the bat. And the consumables aren't that game breaking Iif at all. So for as much money as Inhave put in destiny , giving me free content for a year feels like a nice change of pace n a big thank you from bungie for being retarded.
But the moment this turns into somthing like warframe or blacklight , then I'll be taking a vacation from destiny.

First off I'm not a Star wars fan , just don't really like it . Which is weird because I love gundam (lightsaber.... Beam saber.....) anyways a lot of my friends were Star wars nerds , so I was interested in playing this with them. Beta comes out n wow. Im actually enjoying it. Guns felt weird but attuned that to being a Star wars thing. The power up thing seems aa little arcade but being that guy who can see the fun in about any game that's not awful I found enjoyment in the random. So when I hear a lot of hate surrounding the beta it suprises me.

In its defense here we go. it's a beta so of course your gonna get bored of the game since it has very little content because it's beta.. as for balancing issues ,it is clear that empire has an advantage , but this is only a temporary thing I, assuming it will be as easy to lvl up in the full release. Walker assault does have balance issue but feel that it may be in part to not knowing what the he'll to do as the rebels. Hopefully people will begin to figure out as the game realease, (if not , were in for a bad experience from a veteran standpoint) campaign mode I, it was announced that there wouldn't be one iirc , and from what I hear the older battlefronts didn't either. Now that's not to say that they shouldn't have but the game was marketed as a multiplayer game . As for gameplay, its dice so there is definitely a battlefield vibe underlying it, and to some that dosent jive well but is somthing that should be expected from the get go.
There is some bad such as said before end game COULD revolve around the same loadouts n get stale. There are no classes which to some may be a good thing , to others bad. Trying to play this with a friend let alone a group of friends is proving to be a nightmare.

All that said I've had fun with it. N after playing beta I considered actually buying it , but with all the negative feedback, I feel like I might be missing somthing in my opinion of the game. So I'm back to no preoder n just renting it.

@rjejr you don't have tobplaybin first person. It has 3rd person and at different ranges n angles. And some of the kills would give a slow no cinematic view too. I usually played in 3rd p cause I like to see how pimp my guy looked lol. If n when you pick it up most likely you will like it. Heard very few peeps say they didn't like fallout that have actually played it.
I personally didn't think I would like it n overlooked for a long time , but picked it up n loved it.

I'm pretty sure somewhere on hear I mentioned how good (or bad) it would be if you could mod out fallout 4 on the console, but hell, it actually happened. But with little knowledge of how they will emplament this on console, And experience from modding fallout 3 n newvegas in pc. It could become a hot mess. Not to mention possible limitations like nudity ,sex , visual updates being outlawed by Bethesda or MS/Sony. or even viruses or such.
Sry if that put a Debbie downer vibe up on here, I'm suspecting that this will be game of year n hopefully by the time mods get to ps4 there will be a staple body mod and ample matching armor mods yay!

I have the icon on mine too, but that's cause I play bit lol. Taken king is gonna be free tonplay for a year so no reason not to check it out.

Best gundam games I've ever played where the battle destiny on vita , gundam battle front online , gundam dynasty warriors series, gundam breaker 1-2 , and extreme vs series and for me the holy grail (omg) Gundam battlefeild record uc0081 (the best) ......But they where all i n Japanese sadly and while basic gameplay was solid , you just couldn't tell what was going on in the plot if was an original story.

Fyi the new gundam battle front is open now ,for free but I hear its not that great.

Lol yeah blink shotgun can tick some people off, I like to run sunsinger with dual fusion gernades n voidfang. People start getting mad n tea bag. I hope necro is practical now on ( 8th)

@Bad-MuthaAdebisi Yeah hopefully they got it right with pvp balance but curious to know if pulse rifles are still gonna be op after hand cannon nerfs, but might just be enough with auto rifles coming back to even everything out.

Don't worry alot of that is just the installer and it self deletes it from the system . You will notice when it does the patching that is a a fraction of that.

Yeah can't wait for this to come out destiny has been so stale lately that I had to leave it for a while. Not to mention pricey. Here is hoppingbthe game has a big turn around here going forward n be comes the #1 shared world mmo on console.

Also like to say alot of people give this game bad rap and for good reason there is a lot of things in this game that make it hard to stop focusing on. But I personally like the game because of some of then finer points of destiny and delight in the idean of being part of a game that will span a long time to come. And yes(fans) I know the taken king is gonna fix a lot of the short commings it has had and that(haters) being part of this ongoing world is gonna pricey for pre-adopters . But despite all the negative this is the type of game I've been wanting for a long time and will enjoy it as long as it remains so.

(Much like how getting started early in metalgear and halo created a huge amazing story over several games)

@WanderingBullet I actually meant grinding your lvl not the weapons and then on top of that nobody will b doing things like vault of glass n crota, BUT as it is I have to retract that statement as they have a new consumable that jumps you up to lvl 25 lol. But yeah taken king seems to be what destiny should have been. Plus swords are now a heavy weapon lmao

Edit :After rereading you comment I think I understand what you meant but there is no longer a light on armour that will raise your lvl , it is purely a lvl grinding process now . .Well minus that consumable lol

@WanderingBullet logical decision but the only downside is you will be far behind on content if you wait that long . Such as far less players to do lower lvl content with that's the bad part about games like that.. But then again you will have more cash on hand to lol

@Illusionistt yeah this will be an awsome game for new people to get into , price wise and content wise (base content is also gonna be changed). Bitter sweet to us that held on to a glimmer of hope (haha pun) that destiny would turn into this .
but I'm still excited for it.

@banacheck your weapons will still be relevant in pvp.so keep a hand full of your weapons.

On another note ,I really like destiny there are some things wrong with it but it's the kind of game that keeps me coming back . And yes it's cost more money than regular games but this isnt a regular game , it's a mmo and just like a mmo there's large expansion, this is a game that will be going on for a long time and thats the main appeal. Grant it this game isn't for everyone, it's not for those who want to play through and beat somthing in a week nor a month. It's a game about climbing to the top with some effort and being able to show off your achievements to the community and friends. But I pretty surebthis will all fall on deaf ears any ways since im a minority in this room lo.

@Johnnycide I wouldn't say it was that bad, but it definitely was lacking in the gamplay n story was ok , but what carried me through was the graphics. The funny thing was 90% of the cutscene where not pre rendered But in-game elements . A few times I had my self thinking why is he just standing there during a cutscene, but the cut scene had ended already a and was back in gameplay. Yeah the graphics where that good to me . So I sat there imagining somthing like destiny or batman with those kind of graphics. Fook yeah mate!

@mitcHELLspawn if only it could increase the look speed in destiny... Oh well.

On another note I miss my old split fish and tuact controller those where awesome , best mouse /controller thing ever. Way better than mouse n keyboard.

Wowbwith all the bad press about the vita lately it still seems to be coming in its own now. It's like the jrpg and anime game enthusiasts wonderland. Great reviews this sounds like a must buy for me.

Im hoping they show more characters and not hint at dlc chars. Or i just cant get it. To many games going to be in competition for my time.
But I must say this looks like fun and has this awesome nastalgic taste.

Not even sure what I want anymore got everything Ive asked for lately lol. Ff7 fallout, shemue, just need a good mech games to round it out.

@Riririn that's my thoughts exactly.while i can play ps 1 n 2 games o my pc n play ps3 games on ps3 I would much rather it be all in one place. And be there when I need it regarless of how often I use it.

But at same time I enjoy having several different systems in my man cave. Kinda gives off a connoisseur vive lol.

@kyleforrester87 yeah I agree cloud was a wise cracking bad ass up untill he got bis real memories bavk then he was more quiet and laid back. I didnt like his character in advent children or in the kindom hearts. He needs zack fairs personality, I mean thats whos personality and memories he had.

But yeah as much as I would love and exact remake of the game some stuff would be out of place. But i hope they can somehow fit all the interesting elements like the humor and mini games, or stuff like taking Barret on a date n stuff like that. Hell even keep the honey be and fort condor. But what they will do is just keep some nostalgic stuff like a honey be poster and such and rvamp the combat, the replace puzzles and mini games with stealth segments and the looking in a room to find a key dynamic.
But you know what we are getting a ff7 remake and regardless if it is complete remake . or re-imagining of how the game would be made in present day, I will enjoy it cause i love final fantasy and especially the characters of 7

@Matroska thanks man thats what was kinda worrying me about it. Not saying its a bad game tho guess I was hoping it retained a bit of the open world features n freedoms .

@mitcHELLspawn you can with the ps4 controller there is a small program you can dowloand to make it emulate a 360 controller. But by that point it would be just as easy to use a 360 or Logitech controller.

Also enlighten me on why you like the xbox style layout better, Ive always be curious of this. Is it a right handed mentality or something?
I use yo play both but always perfered the stick layout on ps.

So someone riddle me this, is the new elder scrolls that good? I really liked oblivion n skyrim. But this is a mmo as I understand it. Is there a chance I would still enjoy it?

@ShogunRok Im scared that they think since they have a lead on the other systems that the can slack off just showcase the vr toy. The competition will surely bring it hard to make up ground. touting timed exclusives n price cuts.
All which will make Sony look bad in the consumers eyes.

@Flurpsel yeah thats true about hacks. The would have to monitor what was uploaded before letting people dl it to console. Yeah pc mods are great. I need to upgrade my pc, my ps4 is rivali g it in specs now. But its like 300 mula to get another gpu for crossfire....😒

@ToOGoodOfAPlaya lol yeah it is , thats what Im trying to say. The game will give you alot of cheap wins or loses like that, but thats just the nature of the game man. Game is not about skill as much as abusing whats given to ya (powers, exotics). Atleast thats my take. But
