Re: Guide: What to Anticipate from Sony's PS5 Deep Dive

FullbringIchigo

@Rick_Deckard it's possible after all the first hit regions are showing less and less new cases, it's possible in a few months we will be over the worse of it and thus things supposed to happening later in the year might not be affected that much

it's pretty much a wait and see situation right now though

Re: PS5 Update Was Originally Planned for GDC 2020

FullbringIchigo

@jdv95 yeah let them complain, i'm expecting them to be pretty similar in power anyway because they will ant to keep third party publishers on board

whether or not the PS5 is a little less or a little more powerful than the Series X i think the difference will probably be marginal

Re: PSN Steady Despite Increased Demand Worldwide

FullbringIchigo

well i'm in a single player mood right now, i'm not even touching online so even if it did go down it wouldn't affect me but for online players i imagine it's having some issues at times with all the increased traffic

on a side note i wonder how many people will be calling for free months or games if it goes down for longer than 5 minutes? because that's what seems to always happen

Re: Talking Point: Why Isn't Sony Saying More About PS5?

FullbringIchigo

depends, everyone is expecting them to do it when they want it, if Sony don't feel ready yet then that's that, they will release the info when they feel the time is right

just because MS has been rushing out doesn't mean Sony needs too, PS4 is in a very healthy position right now the XB1 isn't, Sony doesn't need to rush and besides they are probably waiting for MS to show their hand so they can counter or if need be make improvements

people just need to learn patience, something that is very lacking in people now a days, it will come when it comes

although this Virus situation isn't helping, if Sony had something planed then that's probably gone out the window at this point

Re: Reaction: Coronavirus Could Very Well Have Saved E3

FullbringIchigo

possible BUT as you said on the flip side if publishers figure out they can put on their own show such as a YouTube livestream which will reach just as many people online, that they can release whenever they want to and cost a lot less to them too it could also spell the end of the show completely

@Shepard93n7 you will notice i never once anything about "brands",XBOX, PlayStation, Nintendo don't care what the "brand" is i just wanna play games what i was saying is that there will always be a market for a console type experience

i don't care whos making it and i couldn't care less if the "big 3" went the way of SEGA, manufactures have come and gone and both Sony and MS will be no different

whether i'm playing a PS7 or a "Samsung Gamebox" in the future is unimportant to me

also i wasn't defending the XBOX sales, if you actually read what i put and understood it you would see i was actually calling them out on it, it was their fault they effed this gen up

Re: PlayStation 'Committed' to Strong Story-Driven Single-Player Games on PS5 and Beyond

FullbringIchigo

@Trajan i'm not saying it didn't but it's not the ONLY reason for it like many say it is and the attitude to start with was certainly a factor, they acted like arses and then when they backtracked on it they never offered anything of note to entice people back that's true but while consoles still offer a more affordable, easy option, especially for younger gamers then the console market will still thrive, it will change that's for sure but it will still be around

Re: PlayStation 'Committed' to Strong Story-Driven Single-Player Games on PS5 and Beyond

@JJ2 the XBOX ONE had very few exclusives even before they started to release on P.C and most of them were nothing of note or huge disappointments

but as i have said many times, this kind of thing happens all the time and HAS happened before with Sony published titles in the past and there was PS Now on P.C, it doesn't matter if the games rotate on and off the service, they are still PlayStation title played on a P.C so why is it NOW that it's considered the "end of console gaming" is it because it's a title people really like or just because it's one PlayStation gamers didn't want to "lose"?
