I think this is all poorly written. I don’t care that the female character is a lead. I don’t think most people calling it woke do either, but it would be dishonest to say that today’s environment hasn’t made an impact on the creativity making the game. They won’t tell the same jokes in old games. Some people call that woke and I think it’s justified. I wouldn’t call them a bigot. It’s overly simple to say “they say it’s woke because of a female lead”. No one made a fuss in Metroid, in fact it was cool. Anyways I hope everyone is able to enjoy the game and that it surpasses everyone’s expectations. Cheers.

I would upgrade in a heartbeat if they have backwards compatibility all the way to PS1.

So does this list even count single player games? Can it track logins for that type of thing or only multiplayer? That might skew the numbers a bit.

It’s the first episode so I won’t get too excited, however they did a great job. I love all the casting except for Ellie, I don’t think she’s bad, but I’m still adjusting to her look versus the video game Ellie. Anyways happy everyone is enjoying the show. I hope they can keep it up.

Color me skeptical. As a gamer since the genesis and Super Nintendo days, gameplay is most important to me. Don’t get me wrong, I do enjoy a great story and have loved naughty dog since the days of crash bandicoot, but this might be a tilt towards something against my preference.

@bpomber to play devils advocate…if it wasn’t a cash grab they’d add these features to the older versions of the game via update so people don’t have to buy the newest one for accessibility.

Issues around Harry Potter? What could possibly be wrong with the Harry Potter universe. Great books and movie series. Anyways this game looks promising but I always wait to buy a game these days.
