Re: Rocksteady Co-Founders Form New Studio Called Hundred Star Games

@trev666 Arkham Asylum was developed with a team of 40-60 people (starting with 40, ending with 60). That's a pretty perfect size for a team tbh, sometimes having more people only slows down decision making and causes clashing visions between team members.

Besides, I'm tired of seeing only open world games. Having quality games with smaller scale would be a nice change of pace.

Re: Jet Set Radio's PS5 Reboot May Be Open World

@Jay767 I haven't read a single article that has confirmed this. Some news articles mention PS5 in title, but don't include any kind of official quote or references/sources. In the age of paid exclusives, I don't think it's responsible for news sites to share information without proper research.

Edit: Not to mention, calling it a PS5 reboot or PS5 revival makes it sound like a PS5 exclusive, which is kind of misleading.

Re: Poll: Spider-Man 2 PS5 Bugs are Apparently a Real Problem, But Have You Had Any?

KoopaTheGamer

Yes, I have had a bunch of (mostly small) bugs. The most common by far is subtitles getting out of sync, it has happened quite many times. Once the collision system failed and Spider-Man got stuck inside a building, and couldn't get out without switching to Miles. Also, once the mission didn't progress because one enemy was out of bounds and I couldn't take them out.

Oh, and one time the audio got completely messed up. Fixed itself eventually, though. Oh yeah, almost forgot about that one building that had some floating lamps in it and was also missing some point launch/zip points on the rooftop.

Anyway, nothing too major. Thankfully most of these could be fixed by restarting the last checkpoint in missions or switching to another character. I'm really enjoying the game, even if it could use a little bit more QA

@themightyant Unity has almost eight thousand eployees while Epic Games for example has less than four thousand. I have absolutely no idea why they need that many people. I feel like they've grown too big and shouldn't have made so many acquisitions or hired so many people. They should focus on making an engine for mobile platforms and indie developers, as those are the biggest markets for them.
